LOLLICOUTURE IS THE WORST ONLINE RETAIL SITE EVER, THEY PURCHASE PINK BASIS WHICH WAS THE ORIGINAL SITE. I ORDERED 3 PAIRS OF BOOTIES ON DEC. 26 2014, WAS TOLD BY EMAIL I WOULD RECEIVED MY SHIPMENT ON JAN. 7TH ONLY TO RECEIVE ONE BOX, I CALLED AND EMAILED 5 TO 7 TIMES COULD NOT GET A RESPONSE OR CALL. FINALLY I GET AN EMAIL ON JAN. 12TH STATING THEY COULD NOT SHIP DUE TO DAMAGE OR OVER SELLING SO WHY TAKE MY MONEY IF THAT WAS THE CASE AND WHY TAKE SO LONG TO RESPOND. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE PLEASE KEEP YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I WILL NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SITE EVER.

Well I guess if I have to give a star this site only gets one (if that). I ordered 2 sweater dresses, received them in a timely manner but wasn't what I expected once I got them. I tried to call both the numbers they provided several times and both lines left a busy tone or a disconnected message. So, I then tried emailing and the response time from them was terrible and they just told me to call them knowing I wouldn't get through! Just wanted my money back, NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Horrible experience! I've never been so pissed off! I bought 2 boots and heels for my mom as a late Christmas gift on December 26. I checked my order status, says it's on hold. I'm like ok wth. So I emailed them and 3 days later they finally contacted me and told me to call their customer service. Tell me why EVERYTIME I called them their line was busy. Makes no damn sense. And after sending them about 15 emails complaining, all of a sudden my order is being reported fraudulent purchase! Are you kidding me?! I wasted my time trying to verify my order! One thing I hate is when people mess with my money! Idk what to do now and I don't think they will ever refund me. Never shopping on this site again and my mom will never get her boots and heel she really wanted. This website needs to shut down!

This is the worst site ever. I bought something for my daughter in November. Received it in December in time for Christmas. Wrong item sent. I took a picture of it, sent it to them, and a month later, I'm still fighting with them to get some number they need to send the dress back. It's January 6, after Christmas and still my daughter did not get her dress for Christmas. Please, don't ever buy from this site. You will get the wrong thing and they will keep your money and not send you the right product. I have contacted the manager of this place. Don't know if it will do any good, but will try. Good luck.

The worst company service I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Ordered a pair of boots and paid $20.00 for second day shipping... that was 8 days ago and they still have not sent the order, I have called 3 times and each time I am told "they are going out today"... nothing but a bunch of crap. Saddest thing about this entire fiasco is the company is in the same city in which I live. I will not deal with this company again. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible

Bull$#*! site. Ordered a pair of boots and paid $20 for 2nd day air. I didnt get them untill the time i would have gotten them with standard shipping. They tried giving me the excuse of it may have been a special item and it would have taken more time to process. I looked on their list of special items and boots were not on it. Then after looking at my order number, told me i ordered them at their busy time. A bunch of bull$#*!. I paid for 2nd day air, i dont want an appology for the inconvenience, i want my $#*!ing money back. Dont waste your money here girls. Go somewhere else. This website is $#*!.

This is the worst shopping website ever. They buy their clothes from china. They take your money for fast shipment but your clothes do not come on time. I ordered my clothes on Nov 18,2014, didn't get it until 3 weeks later. Their contact number do not work. It's always our office are close even when u calling the middle of their business hours. Do not waste your money. They are scam. They are thieves and right now I'm seeking a law suit on the unlawful $#*!. Please everyone. Do not try to shop from this website

They said I had to call in or else they would report my order as a fraudulent transaction, then they would report it to "authorities", which I never had happen before when I tried to call the phone is always busy, it took hours to literally to get through. The boots and clothes I order are bad quality, it took a month and a bit to arrive. I'll cut my losses and never order from them again. First and only time. Sticking with yes style do not but from them!

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS. I HAD TO REPORT THEM TO PAYPAL WHO SIDED WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY 'SHOWED' PROOF THEY DELIEVERED IT FROM USPS CORPORATE OFFICE IN PHILDEPHIA. HOWEVER IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED I EVEN GOT MY APT OFFICE AND THE MAIL LADY LOOKING AT ME STRANGE BECAUSE THEY NEVER GOT A 9LB PACKAGE THERE FOR ME. THIS SITE IS A HUGE SCAM WITH HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE INSTEAD OF DOING WHATS RIGHT THESE EMBICLES ARE FIGHTING TO HOLD ON TO $62.46. THEY'RE A SCAM AND THE ABSOLUTE WORST.

THIS SITE SUCKS! Ordered on Oct 12 to get in plenty of time for Halloween, arrived 17 days later and wasn't at all what I ordered! Plus it had a long zipper that wasn't even trimmed off it just hung down the crotch area. HORRIBLE customer service, got 1 word answers via email correspondence. I never got an order conf. And when I inquired about my order they said it was part of a delayed shipment and would be shipped on Wednesday but still didn't ship for 4 more days. Have opened a paypal dispute and they haven't even responded to that yet. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I agree with several of the other reviews here. Do not buy anything from this company! I ordered several items from them. When the package arrived, two items were missing and there was no packing slip. I emailed the company at which time they told me that one item was discontinued and one item was damaged. They would not have told me that information if I had not emailed them. Three weeks later, I still have not received a refund for the missing items, and continue to get the run around from them.
