Well I am glad I decided to look up the reviews before purchasing. The cheap prices had gotten me excited, but after reading about the free shipping after spending $50 (something you basically will not get because it had so many restrictions, unlike most other stores where if you spend a certain amount of money you will get free shipping, this store on the other hand has restrictions). All I had in my cart were 4 little cotton shirts and my shipping came out to being $15.99 that right there is ridiculous. I decided to wait until the next day to place my order after calling customer service and finding out why is shipping $15.99 for some tops that would barely weigh 2lb if even a 1.5lb. I ended up reading these reviews and they were not good. If people are paying 15.99-39.99 they should be getting their orders next day and no later than 3 days. Sounds like a bunch of scammers to me. Definitely won't waste my money there, will shop at other places who are reputable

I ordered a bathing suite weeks before going on vacation! I leave this Friday n still NO bathing suit... I called 4 days ago only to be told it takes 3 days to process the order! WHY so long to process a order! Now I have to buy a new bathing suit and mind you I have my tracking info already from Victoria secret after purchasing yesterday! I keep calling the number listed for this so called company and calls go straight to voicemail. DONOT shop here! Unreal... WHERE IS MY REFUND!

After ordering some maxi dresses and shoes from the site, I decided to look up reviews. Uh oh. I was worried that I'd join the others who never received items, etc. I placed my order on 2/5. After a week, I started to wonder what was taking so long to ship (they claim to be fast). Contacted customer service via email and received a response that it should ship out within that week. Item shipped 2/16. I received my package on 2/20 via UPS. Everything was packaged well and the dresses and shoes were of surprisingly good quality. I received all of the correct sizes and items. Just be careful to double check your item quantities before submitting your final order. Mine ended up with a double order of one dress. Overall, I might order again if I really like something and it's a great price, but definitely not if I need my order quickly. I hope this helps other prospective shoppers.

I ordered from this company. When i received my order one of the items was wrong. Started emailing them and they asked for a bunch of images of the wrong order. Turns out i didn't get the shoes i asked for neither a refund. What i got was emails explaining to me that they will not be able to send me my shoes because i never approved the rma. Which i did. Instead there was a restocking fee charged for the shoes i sent back... so there you go. Never again. I learned my lesson

Products are stylish and not very expensive, but if you have a problem and need customer service, don't hold your breath. One order for my wife arrived with two holes in the seams around the neck and when I finally got someone to answer the customer service line, they told me I had to take photos of the holes and e-mail them to their customer service department. Then then finally sent me a return merchandise request and credited the account about two weeks later.

Be very careful that you check their shipping costs twice before clicking to finalize your order. Twice now, I have clicked and requested normal delivery and when I reviewed my order, the 2-day shipping for $26.32 was highlighted. I called customer service and stayed on the line on hold for 32 minutes before I gave up. I sent a request for stopping the order by e-mail and have not heard back from them.

Once again, products are cheap, but nice. The customer service is beyond terrible.

This company is horrible if you have a problem. I ordered some boots for Christmas but I didn't notice that PayPal was using an old address for me. So, I emailed Lollicouture to give them my new address as I could not reach them by phone. There was no reply to my email. I then called PayPal to see if they could reverse the charge but they said they already shipped the order and that was all that was required of them. I have tried to call them numerous times but the phone is never answered. I called the apartment building where I used to live and they said they returned the order to Lollicouture. They have not contacted me but have my money and you order. I still cannot reach them. I have not been able to talk to a representative ever!

I placed a order for 4 pairs of shoes the total came up to about 90 bucks with the 15% off and 100points that you can used. A couple days later I got a email from a Jake saying that my order was on hold and they needed to verify some information. I asked what did they need to verify and then I got a Email from a Diana saying leave my number or call the number she provided. I called the number for it only to be a automated VM saying call back between their working hours, when i was calling between those hours anyway. After that I emailed again telling her that i contacted them several times and I feel as if this is a scam so they need to refund my money immediately. After that I got nothing but a constant beep when i call and the other number saying that it has been disconnected. I have never been in this situation. I am pissed. I wish i would have read the reviews first... I have also saved all the emails calls and screen shots! They need to be reported and stopped all the money they are getting from scamming us is adding up very quickly!

They never sent me my order and when I Emile them they were unapologetic. They said they'd refund me in 2 days. I waited and got nothing, outraged I emailed again and they said they were having technical difficulties and told me to call. When I called the girl was also desensitized to me not receiving what I paid for but and said it will be refunded in 2 days. So I asked well what about when I said this before and you said the same thing she said because they were still trying to send it out. That makes no sense how would you still be trying to send something out that you said I was to be refunded for. Do not order from this site they are complete $#*! I wanted my order for a special occasion and because they suck I'll continue to bash the site.

I bought two Large Swimsuits from Lollicouture. I ordered on the 29th of December and I received it Yesterday the 20th of January. After I bought the swimsuits, I decided to look up reviews on Lollicouture and so many people were complaining about the company saying they haven't receive their items or the items didn't give them the right sizes. So I became skeptical and I thought I was going to be scammed or problems with my order. So anyway, I tried on the two Large Swimsuits they are true to size based on your body proportion. I have a wide back and thick thighs. The ROYAL BLUE HALTER TWO TONE CUTOUT HIGH WAIST TWO PIECE BIKINI SWIMSUIT bottoms fit good, however the top of swimsuits felt too small (tight) since I have a wide back with back fat lol. I wish I could exchange the top for a x-large but they were sold out. If I bought the x-large for bottoms it would look like I was wearing a diaper. Now, the RED MULTI FLORAL PRINT TWO PIECE HI WAIST SWIMSUIT was perfect fit for me.
Both swimsuits have good durable material and I am happy that I receive my swimsuits in the mail.
My recommendation for everyone: Keep checking in your spam or junk email to look for your order number and the tracking number. USPS sent me my swimsuits. :) Don't blame Lollicouture about loss items that's the postal service fault.

Thanks to all of the bad reviewed that I have read from several of you. I am so glad that decide to look up this company's review because I had an order for $119.00 + 39.00 shipping and handling. I should have known there's no way that you can purchase 9 pairs of boots and 2 pairs of sneakers for that price. If it sounds to good to be true most of the time it's not real. I always research any company that I haven't heard of before I order anything from them because for these varies reasons. They will take you money and they will have your card number. There are several things about this company that gave me several red flags about them once they said all of their clearance items are 90% discounted plus another 50 % plus another 15% discount plus free shipping and handling. Sounds to good to be true. Second when I got ready to place my order it says no returns all sales final. Third I put in the 50% code it would not take it, then I put in the 15% code it took off very little plus it added an shipping and handling charges of $39.00 p. It said free shipping and handling. This is by far the worst company I ever dealt with. If you notice, their prices are nice, but their shipping makes up for it. I ordered many pairs of shoe. I received 3 pair, still waiting for the 4th pair. I called and called... E-mailed 2x. Nothing. I finally get through last night and the woman told me that my one order was canceled. I told her that the other 2 pair received were not true to size, she said that she would have to investigate my claim with their warehouse since all their merchandise is true to size. I was like... Lady, I'm the one who has them. They are too big. No size on the shoes at all. Wouldn't help me out. Still waiting for a phone call back as promised. Nothing, not even a return e-mail. On two separate occasions, I have ordered boots from them via Amazon.com. The sale is confirmed, & then I get an e-mail stating that my money has been refunded with no explanation. The first time, when I pushed it, I got an e-mail stating that my package was damaged. The second time, I received an e-mail stating that my money had been refunded, no explanation. Then got an e-mail stating my package had been shipped with a tracking number. Problem is the tracking number was invalid. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, IT IS A SCAM!
