Firstly I am quite surprised after reading some of the latest reviews as I have had nothing but exceptional service from Logo Design Pros. I am going to write my personal experience here which has been fantastic. My web project was stuck in mid because I had a bad experience with a previous company. I wanted a feature rich website and that was not everyone's cup of tea. So, I initially went through design phase and had asked for several amendments and the design team fully complied to my requirements

The next phase was development, in which again I was very impressed. The way they dealt with my particular needs and never ending requests was brilliant. My website has to be integrated with Youtube so i wanted support to put all elements together. My account manager briefed me everything.

Keeping long story short, my website looks amazing, it runs great and in a month's time the website attracted ample traffic from search engines. My sincerest thanks to Logo Design Pros for that!

My experience with Logo Design Pros was fabulous. At the beginning it was a bit complicated to work without meeting in person. However, my account manager did a good job communicating my ideas to the design team. The customer support, turnaround time and complete project execution was simply fantastic. The amount I had to pay was in my budget totally plus they also offer Search Engine optimization for the website. After 9 months now, everything is going good and my business is earning more revenue than before. You’ll be surprised to know that I have more than a thousand visitors on my site every week. The reason to write my review here is that I got to know about Logo Design Pros from the same website. I seriously had a great time associating with them for designing and developing my salon website. I have been running this business for 3 years now, but my friend suggested me to take online appointments and reservations for my salon. Since, I had no idea where to get start so I contacted them to make me a glamorous website through which I can also sell my cosmetic products online. I left rest on their team since I was null in judging how it works.

After few conversations and discussions with my account manager on every step, I finally received my website and it is live now. They were quick in response and did a great job for me. Though the deadlines were tough from my side but the team delivered an awesome website.

We have purchased a great deal of logoed merchandise from LogoUp. In the past, they have been notorious for failing to send out orders within the timeframe they boast about on their webpage. Beyond that, the do not attempt to communicate with their customers about missing their self-set deadlines. That being said, we recently placed another order with them. They were running a decent sale on hats. We were willing to place an additional order with them because we did not need the hats within a specific timeframe - meaning, as per usual, they could be late with their deadline. Much to our surprise, they cancelled our order. My husband contacted them over the phone and they stated that they no longer wanted our business. I am writing a review today because I feel that their lower prices are not worth the headache they invoke for small business owners. All should be made aware that customer service is very low on this company's priority list - pitifully low.

Will spam you with sales calls week after week for years after. Doesnt matter how nice you ask them not to call again, they keep calling again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again... I think you get the picture.
Pay more elsewhere, its worth it!

CROOKS AND LIARS! I wish I had read other peoples reviews before I forked over $250 to these guys.

At first they come off very professional and on the ball. Very polite.

Your first indication you have been taken is when they don't meet there deadlines... it gets worse from there.

2 or 3 days turns into 3 or 4 weeks... and you will be lied to every step of way when you call! Always some BS about how it was sent to you but a technical problem stopped you from getting it.

Its been a month and I still don't have anything.

I'm turning them into the better business bureau today... they need to be shut down!

My prior post reveal my situation with this company. Im interested in pursuing legal action, so please let me know if anyone has already or is also interested.

Dont let them fool you by their 80% discount! They take your money then run! I spent more than 4 months developing a project! What the heck! They have approach to make you accept whatever they deliver which is ignore what you ask for days. They claim they can do some work but actually they cant! I would not even give them a half star! Run run I personally refer anyone! Very bad experience with a company that dont care about its clients!

The last 2 order I placed at logo design pros went quite well, for which I give full credit to their support team. Through not directly in touch with my designer, my account manager kept me informed on every step and carefully listened to my feedback. My project was completed in due time and I'll definitely be using their animated video service for my next project.

We just got a logo and stationary package done and we're definitely less than satisfied. When you want to revise the logo you have to type a description of exactly what you want and more than likely they won't get it right. We went thru 4 revisions and basically settled because they are so stupid. I even tried to call them 5 times to discuss what we wanted and they never pick up. Terrible support don't waste your money!

This review goes out for Logo Design Pros and its professional design team. My website is delivered exactly the way it should be, everything is just the way I wanted it to be. From content writing to search engine submission everything was done by them. When they completed the project, my website was all ready to do online business. I am really glad with the overall outcome. Thank you to my account manager James specially.

Logo Design Pros team is really professional and knows exactly what their clients’ needs are. I have placed 3 orders with them which they have delivered on time. However, whenever i want to add, remove or upgrade something on my website, i simply write to my account manager and he always reply to my emails promptly. A very good team to work with!

I usually don't leave reviews for companies but Logo Design Pros made me do that. They truly deserve recognition and positive review for their quality work. I just loved how they kept me in loop about each proceeding in my order. I received exceptional logo design at a price that is really very affordable as compared to other companies.
