Job very well done. Extremely satisfied!
This is my first and last project with them. The issue I have is long issue and I will keep the summary.
I paid USD 1,800 and they refund me USD 900. I asked for more because now I only have one logo and one stationary and they are charging me at USD 900.
1) Service is poor.
- Spoke with Michael Sharp, he promised 2 logo 2 design. Then when I explain
To the another person James, he said I did not tell the truth. Luckily I have
Sent back the voice recorder message and they now quite totally reject all my
Call.
- Senior PM CR (initial name) said by 17 Aug 13, I should get the 2nd logo as
He promised. I asked him why so slow when they promised within 2 days
Should get the logo. He said the quality team check and reject the design,
Hence they redo and I will get my new concept.
I called them a few times 17 Aug 13 - 18 Aug 13, MS (initial) said no
Body work on my project, and he requested me to explain to him what is my
Concept.
2) They are a big liar and they don't even reply my email, they are able to pick the chat session they want and the did not pick my chat because they know I am calling for refund. I tried to call them and their phone forever busy and not able to get through. I never have this problem before.
3) If you choose to trust them, I suggest you copy all the chat promised / voice recorder to records all as future reference. Otherwise, they will try to cover for their whole team.
4) When I told BA (initial) he is the man decide your refund, he will take the highest benefits for their company and the worse is even I sent them the recorder on what his team promise, he still said I did not tell the trust my words because each time I ask for revise. I told them definitely I need to revise because the designer sent me all the revise that no match to my requirement. A few email I sent no reply that's why I keep on sending emails and they also confuse me what I will get.
5) Initially I sent them via emails, I even take my time to write for them the whole concept in documents form with samples and tell them what I want as consolidate info, the senior manager agreed with me and said he understand my concept the only delay is from design team and because of the quality issue design team did not meet my requirement and quality team reject.
6) Becareful that they will push all the mistake back to the customers. They don't care if they have delay your project and did not event meet all the 100% satisfaction.
7) When you explain to Peter Young, this guy promised someone will call me because I said I will report to IC3 Internet crime complaints, then he ensure someone will contact me but till now today, no one contact me.
8) I believe and understand the USD 900 is now gone although I do agree with them to pay them the 1 logo and 1 stationary that approved by me. I rejected because the way they services customers is extremely troublesome and extreme disspointed me.
9) Their website never have the register company address. Or maybe I did not see one. Before you even pay USD 0.10 cents to them, find out more from other link,

I am just another home maker hoping to start new web concept to help the needy children and adult end up struggle and lost my first investment money by trusting this company.
I will start to work with local people to help me instead of trusting those online company that don't have company address.
I advice you all becareful and don't end up like me!

It's been a horrible experience, and the worst part is service. I think they are from INDIA
