I have issue of refrigerator of lg. I have complain regarding not working of compress of lg fridge since 24/06/2022 but till date issue not resolved.its been 10 days but when we call they gave answer as it may take 15-20 days. I have been suffering since 10days as all my items such as milk and vegetables are spoiled due to this. Worst service. I suggest not to buy lg product to anyone
Owned a new French door fridge msrp close to 4k and little after 2 years it stopped working and it has a 5 year warranty. Lost everything inside the fridge. They came and tried to fix it and it worked for about 48 hours until I went a purchased more food and it stopped working again. After many failed attempts at trying to fix it they gave up and said it's unrepairable and said they would either replace it or give me my money back. That was over a week ago and now they don't want to do either. Now I'm stuck with a garbage piece of plastic in my kitchen and out the cost of the refrigerator. Shame on you LG
LG Electronics have the worst service and a nightmare TV. I never thought I would hate a TV as much as I hate the LG TV! It's a shame you cannot get help! The television consistently kicks you off the Internet, regardless of running your own home Internet. Apparently it's a common problem with the LG TV after looking up how to fix the problem. I regret purchasing this television..
It should not take me all day JUST to register my new product. My husband and I tried several times each using a different email address. We tried signing in to our existing account and also tried to make a new account and NOTHING works! I also followed the instructions to email a complaint to the "President" and I also got an error trying to send. We tried from a PC and from our phones and nothing works. We just wanted to register, how frustrating! I want to return my product if the website is this bad. We have been trying ALL day. Ridiculous. DO NOT BUY LG!
Nobody answers a phone anywhere. Just bounce you to chat who just gives general go nowhere answers. Horrible. If you buy a lg tv or anything else your stuck with it no matter what. No accesories. Nothing. No sales Store, 253 000no community chat they advertise anywhere. Company Is dead. *******000. Nobody there. There kick you off phone and send you to no where land. Horrible horrible. Four years ago, I purchased the following LG appliances: a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave.
My problems with these appliances began three years after purchasing. The plastic parts in the tracks of the dishwasher broke and continue to fall off every time I use it, the refrigerator stopped working (and since it was still under warranty, LG changed the compressor on an only three years old refrigerator and with the stove the broil would only go on (high/low) for a few minutes and then shuts off. The oven stopped working completely. Unfortunately, I changed the appliances that I had working for ten years and bought LG appliances. This was the greatest mistake I ever made. These appliances are pure garbage. Needless to say, I am extremelly dissatisfied with LG Appliances and will never buy LG again!
Purchased a new LG Wall Oven (Model #LWS3063ST) from Lowe's a few years ago, which had received very little use when it stopped working entirely. Called LG, but they said because it was over 1 year old, they wouldn't do anything. However, the repair man discovered a burned electircal wire in the unit's factor control panel, a clear indication of a manufacturing fault that could have started a fire and burned our house down! I wrote the president's office of LG and sent pictures of the burned connection. They promised to reimburse our repair cost. Then, inexplicably, the lady says she no longer works in that office and now LG had not only refused to reimbursed us, they will not respond to us. Terrible, terrible service, and very questionable safety issues in their products. NEVER buy or recommend LG to anyone.
I will NEVER buy an LG product again! I have had a refrigerator for 2 years they have already fixed an issue once the same issue has happened again and they will do nothing about it! Their Quality is CRAP a gallon space should hold a half gallon of milk and the first shelf should hold 3 small pickle jars without breaking!
My wife and I bought an LG Refrigerator from LOWES since last December 2021. This appliances is not cooling thus any food we put goes bad. We have been calling LG customer service since December 2021 and no one cared to resolve our issues. Any time we call we were told, "we don't have your complaints on record, customer reps hanged up on us, oh we don't have any service rep in your areas. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and lack of care for customers. For all these number of months, they got me a service Technician and he found my refrigerator to be faulty. LG customer support don't want to give me a refund. Very sad!
I purchased a washer and dryer the nicest one the have they were 1300 each I got to sets one for my house and the other for my brothers house the washer door on mine does not closes right Home Depot installer came for recheck and said that door needs to be replaced lg finally sent a technician to address the issue but obviously he didn't know what he's doing he said it's normal because it's new you to apply some pressure I was like no my brothers washer it's not like that so end of story LG doesn't take care of there stuff I won't ever buy an LG again
I've bought 3LG blueberry players within the last year. Within 6 months they stopped playing disks altogether. Getting really tired of LGs inferior stupid mediocre products. Yup 6 months old!
I buy LG washing Machine approximatly before 30 month before.
From starting i face many issue in washing machine. I have logged complaint in service center.
I have logged complaint approximatly 20 to 25 times but after repairing the same complaint is arising.
In every service they pick my machine and They take 6 to 7 days to complete the service.
But still same problem is arising.
I face many problem and frosted from LG product.
I suggest don't purchase any LG product.
In March I bought a washer and dryer set for $2096. When the dryer recently stopped heating ( less than 6 months) I was told my vents must be clogged and they would not come out to repair it. Keep in mind I had no error codes. So I played $299.99 to have my vents cleaned and what a surprise my dryer still did not heat. So I called them up to schedule a service call as it was still under warranty. Even though the product was registered they still refused to come out and fix it. I had to pay an additional $370.00 to have someone come out and fix this cheap product. If I lived in a house with a yard instead on a condo I would put it in the backyard and blow it up on a utube video. I cannot stress enough what a horrible company they are. Cheap products and a service mandate not to help the customer under any circumstances. If they were the last company in the world I would not buy their products.
I bought LG dishwasher 4 months ago, I noticed there is a crack on the keypad, when I opened a ticket with LG to fix it they told me this is not cover by the manufacture warranty and I have to pay for it.4 month after you buy a Dishwasher the keypad break that considered manufacture defect. I will never by and LG product it is useless and break easily.
So we purchased LG TV and we could not connect to WiFI although our other devices are able to. We tried to troubleshoot it, but it did not work. When I provided the zip code to the first agent he provided us Texas and insisted that there is none in California!?! Next agent provided one in Napa, 58 miles away from Brentwood, but that and the other service centers do not cover our area.
We bought a top of the line LG frig in 2018. We purchased the ext warranty. It stopped cooling 3 yrs later. They replaced the compressor. It went out again April '23. They said we were out of warranty so we paid $500. They replaced the compressor again. It stopped cooling again October. They claim the warranty was only good for 3 mos. Well called to schedule a visit. One week later...still no food, no cooling, no call back, NO APPOINTMENT. They transfer you around, claim to escalate your case, send more emails...and still no one calls you back. When YOU call THEM they say the phone number isnt verified. And on and on and on. SAME with service for their glass top range. Service is awful. Products dont hold up. Warranty is garbage!
2.5 years ago I bought 49" LK5900 PLA Model LG TV for my parents who care a lot about the TV because of the deep functionality of the product. They were not able to use the functions, they were just turning on and off.
The warranty was for 2 years and no troubles had happened during this period because they were using very carefully.
6 months after the warranty the TFT monitor of the TV was defected suddenly and service asked $370 to fix which was not fair. They can evaluate the situation under customer satisfaction without asking for some costs because the problem had happened just after 6 months and my parents were using the TV very carefully and no service demand was requested in the past.
The problem can be evaluated under bona fides conditions but LG Electronics guys are not gentle against old people for such cases.
SO please don't buy products of LG Electronics!
If i could give zero stars i would. The customer services is absolutely the worst i have ever experienced.
I had to repeat my issue no less than four times this morning to four different customer service reps who did not address the issue or transfer my information from one call to another call. JUST HORRIBLE service. Based on this I will NEVER buy another LG appliance.
Worst technician I've ever had. Manuel Lagarde is argumentative, incompetent, and it's been to my house twice and has not fixed the issue with my less than year old LG dishwasher. LG has made it almost impossible to schedule a repair with all of the hoops, that have to be jump through to schedule something. On the two occasions, I have managed to schedule a repair they sent an incompetent repairman who couldn't get the job done twice. To top off the situation he was rude and dismissive and wouldn't listen to my issue. He was in and out of the house in 10 minutes both times, claiming there was no issue. However, I wouldn't have had to schedule a third repair if the issue was resolved the first two times. Each time I call LG I have to resubmit all the information I have previously. To say the process is frustrating is an understatement. Never again will I buy an LG product.
This brand new dishwasher doesn't dry and it's so hard to load! There are not enough brackets to hold plates and bowls. The top third rack is worthless.
Answer: They have dangerous appliances, and refused to reimburse us for the repair of an almost new (but over 1 year old) oven that was clearly a manufacturing defect (see image.)
