Frankly haven't used Lens,com for a couple of years for no particular reasons just lazyness on my part, but lost one of my hard lenses over the holidays. My optometrist office was closed, so I logged into my old Lens.com account, it was still there, Uploaded my prescription, ordered my lens and it was processed and arrived very quickly. Definitely back as a customer!
