Benjamin was very helpful in resolving a billing conflict. Making my template was easy and quick. Getting out of the recurring billing was challenging but once I got a hold of the right person he states he will make it right and process a refund, which was greatly appreciated.

I signed up for the free two week trial period as I only needed on document. I used the medical release template to create a document for my daughter to take with her on a trip out of state with my sister. The template has options for adding a specific medical concern, as well as spots for entering authorized medications, which was nice.
After printing my document, I fully intended to cancel my membership within the 2 week time frame, but as things worked out, I forgot. On the day it charges my credit card, I called the customer support line to see if there was anyway to cancel my membership and this receive a refund. I spoke with Benjamin. He was very polite and understanding of my situation. He checked the status of my account, saw that I was literally calling on day 15 after having signed up, and said that there shouldn't be any problem getting a refund, and that they usually take two weeks to process, but he could expedite the process if I filled out this review.
