I appreciated Danny U helping me with my refund. As Phillip B stated on 7/17/17, I do think you should be clearer with your subscription policy by emailing people when you charge them.

I went online looking for a free sample of a rental agreement. I found one with this company. I never order or anything and was being charged. When I finally called, I spoke with Benjamin and he took care of everything. I didn't even get frustrated like I normally do when I have to deal with stuff like this.

I have used the service in the past and it was fairly good and helping me form a lease agreement. Unfortunately I do not have enough of a demand to use this service on a subscription type basis. The customer service was excellent and I highly recommend the service to anyone who is interested in using it.
