I forgot to initially cancel my subscription after using it for one document. Fast forward 2 1/2 months, I called to cancel my subscription and left a voice message. Within an hour, my call was returned by Cris. Lucky for me and their new management, Cris refunded the 3 months that I hadn't used. Very satisfied and happy with this result. Thank you!

I have used the website and the first month I called and cancelled but they keep charging me and now I spoke to Cris and he told me I will receive reimbursement for the past three month I have been charge in error, Thank you Cris for your help.

I forgot to cancel my subscription after using it for a lease. Lisa refunded the amount and was extreme nice. On the business side of this website, I havent found another website that was as easy to navigate and use w so many options. Ill defin use this website again.
