I absolutely love the U.S. Navy dog tags with my Dad's thumbprint on it. It helps keep me grounded when I start really missing him. He was a WWII and Korean War Veteran of the Navy and this is one small way I can help honor his commitment to this country. My one and only complaint was that I had to wait 3 months to order it because it was out of stock. Otherwise, the item is beautiful and the shipping was fast once it was back in stock.

I ordered the thumbprint pendant for my deceased mother and have only been able to wear it a couple of times. The pendant keeps falling off of the chain So I called legacy to see if they had the lifetime warranty on them. She explained to me that I paid $400 for the pendant, not the chain. She gave me the option of purchasing a new chain, however, I explained to her that I would never put a $400 pendant on a $20 chain! I almost lost my mother's fingerprint before, now the necklace is not wearable. I'm not going to continue buying $20 chains only for a $400 pendant to fall off again.

I received my ring with my mom's fingerprint over a year ago. Have worn it every day since I got it. I thought it was getting damaged and the print was falling out so I emailed the team. They quickly sent me a label and asked me to send it in for review. Thankfully there was no damage and just needed a good cleaning. Oops on my end. They polished it up and made it good as new. I'm so thankful for this company, its team, and the quality of their product. The care and pride they have shows in their handling of the matter. They stayed in contact throughout the whole process and made sure my concerns were addressed.

I purchased a small necklace thumbprint tag and a heart thumbprint. Both arrive in time frame specified which I was amazed since it was before the holidays.These are quality items that are well worth the price paid. Definitely my go to place for the future.

We lost our youngest son 3 years ago at the age of 27 and was looking for a way to keep him close to my heart. I ordered the double-sided dog tags and one side I have the finger prints of the son we lost. On the other side, I have the fingerprint of his older brother. I wear it every day. I Just love it. The pendant was beautifully done, and once I submitted the order, I had the item in three days. Unbelievable.

I absolutely love this key ring with my husbands fingerprint engraved on it to see and feel when I want to feel a little bit of him left behind. I also had book markers done for my grandchildren they will all be in new family bibles for Christmas gifts this year all close to Grampa and I know they will be cherished. Thank you for this opportunity to have a little piece of my Willis to hold on to. The workmanship is beautiful and they were in my hands quickly. Wonderful company. Caring and considerate to help any way they can.

I was absolutely floored when my necklace came in. I was not expecting it to be a beautiful as it was. I love that you can add some many thing to it. I will. I will definitely be ordering more thing in the future. It is such a comfort to have my husband print with me always.

It's better quality than I expected. And it shipped the same day I ordered! Very pleased! Had an enclosed proof of authentication also.

I lost both my parents in 18 months, and I wanted to get a front/back heart or oval with one fingerprint on each side. They only offer double sided with the dog tag and I didn't want that. So I got two hearts (one offset) and wear them on the same chain. I have their names, dates, and a sentiment on each as well. I do think that I will get a heavier-weight chain though, with the cost of the hearts I certainly don't want to lose them! Although overpriced, I am happy to have this lasting memorial of two of the most wonderful people that ever lived.

I purchased a dog tag necklace for my husband for $175. Less than 24 hours after I ordered it I realized there was something wrong with engraving (my fault) and emailed them to see if I could change it. They replied no because it had already gone into production. I called to see if the response would be different but was again told, no, it's already gone into production. I think for $175 for a tiny piece of lightweight aluminum you could redo it. Your prices are insanely high and your profit margin must be ridiculous. I think this company takes advantage of those who have lost a loved one. If you go on Etsy you can get the same products for 1/4 the price. I would never order from them again.

Soo my mother passed away on September 6,2018. This year me my 2 sisters and little brother planned on doing something with her ashes for the 2 year anniversary. However my sister got her car broken into August 30th and they took her purse that had all of our remaining ashes in it. We were devastated and broken. I called the funeral home and they referred me to legacy touch to have her finger print out on something special with her own personal pin number. I just want to say how grateful I am of this necklace I chose and how it brought me close to my mother again who I thought I would never have any connection with again. I don't write reviews but I had to this time. Thank you guys for making this so beautiful for me. It's perfect..

Our children asked that I get their dad's fingerprint at the funeral home. I was given the brochure with a pin number to order what they wanted. Of course I couldn't have a copy of the fingerprint but this company can. They are taking advantage of people left and right in their time of grief. We would never order a piece of jewelry from them at their prices. The exact pieces can be purchased for 1/4 their price elsewhere. My advice is to make your funeral director furnish you with a paper copy of your loved one's print unless you have plenty of money to play with.

When given the brochure for the fingerprint jewelry by Legacy Touch, I wasn't thinking of buying. A few days later, intrigued, I looked it over & built my dream piece in gold. It was pricey. Tried cutting it back & came up with acceptable price but to me, there would be a tinge of regret to try to save a few bucks for having such a unique item with my dad's fingerprint. So I bought my dream piece. I bought one for my daughter.

The jewelry is of good quality. We chose heart pendants because of the larger, clearer imprint. We chose the gold adjustable 16" chain and upgraded the bail. We didn't do any charms.

Bottom line for those on the fence, obviously Legacy is a huge conglomerate & funeral homes get a cut of the sales. And we're very vulnerable when we've had such a loss.
But we only have this life. I believe we deserve to treat ourselves well. Buy the lobster or steak. Go places. Pick your dream piece of jewelry.

Extremely disappointed! Mom ordered the kershaw knife for me to celebrate my dads life after his passing. Paid $289.00 for a $50.00 knife. The flyer from Legacy Touch showed the knife with the loved ones name, birth date and date of death. My sister added the monogram to the order thinking it would be on the opposite side of my dads name and dates. Received knife, it did not have dads name and dates on it. It's just an overpriced knife with initials on it, not a remembrance of dads life. Called Legacy Touch, no empathy, didn't care. I asked if it could be sent back to have dads name and dates put on it. They said no.

I only have this company 3 stars because the shipping process was HORRIBLE! They chose to use FedEx. Our order got lost and traveled around the US for almost 3 weeks. Nobody could find it and it was so frustrating! We finally received the necklace and it was BEAUTIFUL! Very happy with the product itself... but goodness gracious... thank God we weren't trying to get the next day torn around to have it at our family members funeral, because it would not have showed up. And when you are already grieving... stuff like this makes things worse. The company did say they would have replaced the order if Fedex wouldn't have found the package, which is good... just frustrated that it had to almost come to that point!

My mom said there is nothing we could have gotten her that meant more to her than my dad's thumbprint. I often see her putting her thumb over his.

Love it! It's been extremely hard losing my Dad. But having the key chain helps, placing my thumb or finger on his print is comforting.
