I ordered 2 pendants and a ring. One tear drop for me and a dog tag for my brother. They all came about a day early. All are extremely beautiful. Thank you so much.
I ordered two of the thumbprint keychains with my mothers thumbprints and had the dates and names put on them. When ordering them on the screen it showed them correctly. When I received them this week they had dropped the 21 off the end of this years date so instead of the date reading 07/15/1943 - 05/03/2021 it read 07/15/1943 - 05/03/20 which was obviously not correct. I contacted them immediately and there answer was we sent you an email so we can't do anything but offer you a 50% off to purchase them again. I never received an email from them I went through all my emails and spam there was nothing so she then tried sending it again same thing never came through. She sent it a different way from a different email and that one came to me so something was not working with the original email they were using. She said I had exceeded the maximum allowable characters so that was why it cut the 21 off so I asked why it didn't state that on the system when I was creating this and she didn't have an answer. This was very upsetting as I have just lost my mom, these were over $200 and now to get them again they want me to pay over $100 more for them. I feel this company is taking advantage of peoples grief and not providing good customer service for a mistake on there side. I would look elsewhere before using this company.
I received my order is two silver charms. My son and I are incredibly grateful to have such a uniquely personal piece of our loved one that we can keep near and dear to our hearts. It is beautiful.
Very beautiful. Sizing is smaller than what I thought so it didn't fit on the finger I wanted it on, but it fit on another.
I love this product I just wish the the charm didn't mess up the dog tag. Where its scratching is right at the top of his finger print
I only have this company 3 stars because the shipping process was HORRIBLE! They chose to use FedEx. Our order got lost and traveled around the US for almost 3 weeks. Nobody could find it and it was so frustrating! We finally received the necklace and it was BEAUTIFUL! Very happy with the product itself... but goodness gracious... thank God we weren't trying to get the next day torn around to have it at our family members funeral, because it would not have showed up. And when you are already grieving... stuff like this makes things worse. The company did say they would have replaced the order if Fedex wouldn't have found the package, which is good... just frustrated that it had to almost come to that point!
Love the pendant but as much as you pay for the necklace you would think the chain would be better quality. I had to purchase a better quality chain from a local jeweler.
Beautiful way to memorialize a loved one! When my dad found out it was my step mom's actual fingerprint it made him cry.
