Lights are great, easy to hook up, only thing that was a little wrong was ordered on the 15th of December and didn't recieve until the 2nd of January. Not a big deal. Would definitely order from yall again!
Initially after purchasing I sent an email to LED Factory to cancel my order due to seeing bad reviews online. I was contacted by a representative who persuaded me to reconsider canceling my order. I was reassured that the item would be to my satisfaction and if I was not pleased, I would be able to return them. I took a chance and ordered and so far I am pleased with what I ordered.

Overall happy with my order i would have given 5 stars except my order was almost 4 days later than i was told it would arrive, i understand that LED Factory Mart probably did not have total control over that but as a first time customer and seeing that the order came through customs and i was unaware of that was to be the case i was skeptical at first but i am happy with my order it was as advertised and the price was good and the quality of product solid. I ordered Rafterlill lights for a 2022 Toyota 4 Runner TRD Sport. How ever,as nice as they are,these do not fit my car 😑!

The Blinker lights, are LED, I took the time, to hook them up, checked all connections... And they never turned on... I put my Stock lights back in... And they work fine... I hate LED lights on my Jeep, because my Jeep hates them worst than I do
Well I happy so for with what I got they are super bright and I can see much better only complaint is I wish I was told that they were being shipped from China im currently not one that wants to do business with them …

Domestic orders are always shipped from our SoCal, USA warehouse for the fastest delivery times but rare exceptions may occur based on stock shortage in USA - because of which we may have to ship from Hong Kong warehouse instead of USA warehouse.

Lights look great like they are factory. I had to watch a few other installs on YouTube because the fuse #21 the instructions said use I did not have a fuse there. Ended us using the 360 camera fuse.

Lights were very fairly priced delivered fast easy to install and much brighter and safer than my stock halogen well worth the investment also I noticed while driving my LEDs did not blink or van brate while riding steady smooth bright lights very impressed
I ordered the grill and light bar kit for the pillars the items came fast and look great only issue I had was the hardware to mount the light bar to the pillar mount where not with it I had I figure my own way to mount the light other that it's great

I purchased the Matte Black Front Grill & LED Raptor Lights Combo for 2014-Later Toyota 4Runner. Everything was packaged perfectly and it only took a week to arrive, which was super fast considering it came from Hong Kong. The shipping updates and communication were fantastic.
The plastic replacement grill, the bumper overlay, the TOYOTA letters and amber LED raptors lights were well crafted. The wiring harness for the amber LED raptor lights was super clean. The lights lit up perfectly and are plenty bright. I really liked that the bumper overlay had pre-drilled screw holes for the TOYOTA letters.
Overall, amazing experience and quality product. I will definitely purchase more products.
Lights are bright as expected easy to install definitely worth the money.

Looks good on my truck. Only the installation of the rubber is a very difficult took me and my friend hours to fit perfectly without any gap.

I had a part issue. I'm currently working with customer service and hopefully factory personnel. I'm happy to change my rating once issue is resolved. Also, some instructions would have been helpful.
There are no real installation instructions so it was difficult to install. The halo ring is of poor quality, it's not a solid light, you can see all the individual lights making it look bad.
