LD offers 100% guarantee. That's not true. They sent the wrong Item, I opened the box and installed the cartridge in my printers since I though it was the one I ordered. It didn't work, I called and they said because I opened it, I cannot return it. I had to order and pay for the "right one" again and they promised to ship it priority, since I was already with no ink for my work... They promised that I would receive it in two days. Several days passed, and I got it in 10 Days. I have been a client for some years and they sent defective ink that I had to return before. It is a waste of time. No more order from LD.

Tricks and scammy

This company will trick you into purchasing products that do not fit your printer. There is no clear declaration that they'll will not refund any opened items even if they are unused. They do tout a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but they left me feeling scammed and unsatisfied. Don't buy their products!

Ordered ink and was sent the wrong ink--printer would not work, but because I had taken it out of the sealed foil, they would not take back the ink and replace it with the correct number. EVERYONE I know will hear about this--I vote with my mouth and with my money--never again! I can't believe they would give up a customer for life over a $20 profit. How stupid, ignorant and really poor business.

I have used this product and recommended LD to my friends but never again! I ordered some product it was shipped USPS with tracking. The tracking showed it delivered but I never recieved the product. I emailed and called customer service. The customer service agent while polite was unrealistic. Instead of addressing the issue she suggested that I contact my neighbors. If my neighbors had recieved it i would have it! When i did not agree she disconnected the phone call. I made a second call to speak with a supervisor who said they were not at fault and did not hang up on me. I finally got him to agree to refund my money. I have not received the money and have alerted my bank for assistance. LD Ink Cartridges has lost my business. You can have a great product but when your customer service is rediculous it just turns people off!

Still Waiting

Tracking looked promising until USPS reported "no access to facility". LD Products traced the problem to a missing digit on their address label, but USPS would not allow a change so the item must return to LD Products warehouse before any other action can be completed. I am to watch the status of my order and let them know when it is checked back in. Meanwhile, no refund and no replacement is possible. A reputable company would send a replacement ASAP rather than saddle the customer with the consequences of their mistake. It's been 8 days now with nothing more than apologies from what sound a lot like robots with female names.
UPDATE: Item reported by USPS to be back at their warehouse 2 weeks after placing order. They did refund my entire cost two days later. This was our fourth order from LD Products with only one minor problem in the past. There is no excuse for the way they handled this last one.

Needed a planner insert for the new year. Chose LD b/c of their claimed quick turn around (delivered in 1-4 business days).

5 business days later i get a note that they don't have the product and will have to cancel the order.

What a bunch of garbage... will never use again

What a mess

The cartridges are not compatible with HP 6978 but you don't find this out until you need the cartridges. What a rip off!

Not For Lexmark printers
November 20, 2018

Do not use in Lexmark printers. Magenta ink flooded the print head. Took 3 days to clean it out. Black ink lasts only 7 days before clogging up. Made 8 printouts.

Wow. I never saw a site with so many bad reviews. I've had 3 different printers over the years. LD products worked well in all of them. Maybe this will help. I always save the new printer owners manual and replace each cartridge by the directions.

Great toner deals

The toner cartridges cost about half as much as HP and last at least six to 10 times longer. I'll get "toner low" messages, and the toner continues for another month or two.

Bought their ink and now my HP printer doesn't work - I tried swapping out brand new cartridges from them with other brand new cartridges now half the colors don't work - I will find another source

Bad Service

Placed order we were told cartridges were in stock. Only 2 of the 6 were actually in stock. Tried to cancel. Asked for a waybill, could not get one for 48 hours because it comes from a third party. Service was terrible.and don't have the cartridges after 5 or 6 days

Warning
August 21, 2018

The HP printer did not recognize the cartridge. I called LD and their customer service was anything but. Period. Asked a ton of questions said there was nothing they could do about it wanted all kinds of documentation and I finally gave up talking to them and basically wasted money on their product. Lesson learned

I bot about 10 410XL cartridges. They worked fine until I got an Epson printer program update. After installation the printer will no longer accept the cartridges. Message center says cartride not acceptable (or something like that) and nothing will print. I guess Epson decided to eliminate the competition.

My computer says the ink cartridge is past it's warranty date when I installed it. I bought three of each color for my HP 3210 Printer and now it says they are out of date and cannot be used -can I get my money refunded.

This company uses refurbished toner. It destroyed our drums on the printer and they wouldn't do anything for us. Now we have to buy all new drums and spend more money! This is rediculous!

I have used LG jet ink in my other printer. Close to the original manufactures print. However, I purchased LG toner for my HP printer and I am totally displeased with the color copies. It's a case of you get what you pay for. Will it work? Yes. However, not something that I would proudly present. It's like the weak quality of the old analog TV's, vs the quality of the modern Digital.

Product decline

A year ago I would have given this company a 5 star rating. I am now straining to give them 1 star. In the past, the cartridges produced many copies from the ink I had ordered. Now, I'm lucky if I get 30 copies from a cartridge. I complained to the service dept., and they were kind to send me a replacement cartridge. But guess what! That cartridge didn't last any longer than the previous one. Guess it's time to look for another supplier.
