BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, IF YOUR SIZE DOES NOT FIT THEY WILL PRETTY MUCH TELL YOU THAT ITS YOUR FAULT AND YOU SHOULD KNOW YOUR TRUE SIZE AND THAT YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. ALL CLOTHING LINES AND COMPANIES CUT THEIR FABRICS DIFFERENTLY SO OCCASIONALLY THERE WILL BE A DISCREPANCY WITH SIZING. HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO STAY IN BUSINESS BY NOT PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. THEY WILL NOT BE IN BUSINESS FOR TOO LONG, MARK MY WORDS!

This company is NOT out of California, these are awful, cheap, poorly made dresses from China. I was leery and, thank goodness, ordered a back-up dress from a reputable store but I'm still out $150+ and I know they won't accept a return. Please trust your gut on this one... these dresses in the photos are NOT what you will receive. I should have trusted mine and saved my money. What I thought I was getting and what I actually received is such a joke that we laugh about it now. It was really, really BAD. It's cheap, smells of dead fish, and they didn't even come close to producing a dress like what they're advertising. Please save your money and get your dress from a real store with quality formal dresses. This is just awful.

I ordered a dress from LaLaMira and it was 2 sizes too small. There is no way I was off that much that I couldn't even have 2 inches taken out for it to fit me. I would understand if I had given custom measurements, but not to even exchange it for a bigger size. I measure a 4 on regular sizing. I know that these dresses do run small. I measured and ordered an 8. Did everything they asked, by sending pics, etc. Why even ask to send a picture if they do not even consider exchanging. They should say all sales are FINAL!

My dress was a little too big which isn't the issue to get it tailored correctly to my body. But the real issue is this dress shipped with a real bad fishy odor... I took it to the cleaners a total of three times... The smell will not come out the dress at all... They don't have a real customer service number. Yes they messaged me back wit a response of air it out for some more several days... and thank you... Come on now report them through your credit card or pay pal card... This has to stop.

Although the dresses on the LaLa Mira website show beautifully, the actual quality of the dresses don't measure up to the price you pay. I received the dress with the hem wire exposed. I contacted LaLa Mira right away and was told to send photos. I sent a photo and was told that LaLa Mira inspects merchandise before shipping and the this was caused by me. As a consumer, I am furious and feel that I have been taken advantage of and robbed for over $130. When a vendor doesn't accept returns on their defective merchandise, it shows poor customer service and no accountability. They advised me to take it to a tailor and have it fixed with me incurring the cost. Order from this vendor at your own risk!

My bridesmaids and I fell in love with these dresses. I had a difficult time choosing the dresses for my bridesmaids and LaLa Mira was right there beside me through the entire process. I have to say that you guys have a good customer service and because of them why I was very at peace with my choice and that the dresses will come on time which they did. So thanks LaLa Mira, it was great doing business with you and I will sure to recommend you guys.

I am very happy with this purchase, the quality of the fabrics. The color is very beautiful. The cup is successful. It's a very beautiful dress.
What I do not like:
-Too tulle underneath: it would be filiform so that it does not break the silhouette.
-I gave without cheating my waist: the dress is too wide. The result is that with the weight of the petticoats, the waist goes down, and the silhouette is compressed.
I can remedy that myself, but what if you do not know anything about sewing?
But that will not stop me from recommending (literally and figuratively)."

I loved this dress! This was my second time ordering from site and once again, I was very very impressed. I did the custom measurements and it was a bit of a tight fit, but it looked amazing on me and the fabric was sooo beautiful.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYshocking service, shocking customer service. Dress totally misshapen, unexplainable extra material and inaccurately size! Will not except a return as it's my fault apparently for not being the correct shape for the dress! Say its unfair on them for me to expect them to receive the return, even though it's states in their returns policy they accept returns if dress is misshapen, not worn, altered or a tailored dress! Unbelievable to call them selfs a company that strives to do the best for the customer!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THE STOCK IS AWFUL AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DIABOLICAL! Dress sizes are made for short people and anyone taller than 5'2 the dress will not fit right around your hips. When you request to return the item they will refuse any returns. They state In their T&C's that it is only tailor made dresses that can't be returned but they do not accept standard UK size returns at all either. They requested a photo of me wearing the dress and even once a photo had been sent of the dress not fitting me around my hips due to height, they still rejected the return request due to me requesting a size 10 and a size 10 had been sent. They advised that I need to Source a tailor locally, which would be fine if they made tall dresses and not short dresses! I can't make a short dress longer! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED

WOOOOOOW! The dress blew my mind! I am so impressed and so surprised at how beautifully made it is. They even made sure I was getting tracking alerts when the dress was en route. The dress was made to specs and now I wish I gave length of arm measurements b/c my arms are long. Even still, the dress is so perfect! Thank you very much. I will use this service again. I LOVE MY WEDDING DRESS! I'll have to post a pic after wedding.
