I ordered two evening gowns for a wedding I will be attending. I received the dresses on timely manner however they looked nothing like the picture based upon which I picked the styles. When I attempted to get in touch with the company to return my items, they responded back saying that they cannot return the items because even though the pictures may be different online, there was no defect in the dress and refused to refund my money. They even made suggestions to me to week the dresses to friends because it's not worth it for them to accept a return. It is a rip off and it's not worth the hassel certainly unprofessional.

I tried to return dress since there were many toose threads on the details. Flowers not attached etc. I was told I did it not their tailor. I have never been treated that the customer who just took the dress out of the package was responsible for poor work
