I cannot believe how terrible the customer service has been for a dress I purchased. I ordered two flower girl dresses. One which had unequal shoulder straps that had to be corrected by a tailor and the other when we went to put it on for the wedding the zipper broke and wouldn't budge. We literally had to sew her into the dress and after had to cut the zipper to get her out. First they said they wouldn't do anything for it because it was my fault. Excuse me, I know how to do a zipper and then said they'd give me only 10% back. Do not buy from them. They are awful. Horrible horrible experience.

Lala Mira posts a return policy that says they take returns. I checked this out first because I wasn't sure if material would be itchy or if the flower girl dresses would fit my twin girls. They sent me a totally different dress! And will not return it. Look at these pictures! They say it is the exact same dress except one is in pearl pink and one is in blush pink. The dress they sent is in TWO different colors not to mention the actual dress itself is different. This company is a scam. I've reported the purchase to my cc company. But be warned. DO NOT buy a dress from this company. I've never seen such a lack of customer service. They actually wrote to me I should try and sell it to a friend or online myself!

Worst customer service. I spent 150 dollars on a dress... it came with no tags on it. Looks like it's been worn. It definitely isnt the size I ordered. And they wont return or exchange. They are saying the size is what its supposed to be. Do not order from them!

They will not allow you to return the dress even if it has never been worn. I ordered a flower girl dress which is too long for my daughter. She can't even walk in it. They required me to send in a picture, even though I told them I do not want them to have any pictures of my child. When I did, Then when I did, they said that they sent the right size that it was my mistake for ordering the incorrect size. What crappy customer service.

I rarely write reviews, but I had to for this. The company was VERY patient and willing to work with me. I even received the dress WAY earlier than expected! With that being said, I can actually wear this dress to the event I bought this for! I was NOT expecting that.
Now on to the dress review... The material is not as dark as the picture. There is more of a shine to it. The dress was longer than needed, but I prefer that. Better to be too long. I'll just have to hem it. It's actually too big in certain areas, but a pin is a quick fix for that. On their behalf, I did not give specific measurements. Thank you again!

The dress was better than expected. Definitely be aware of the time as the dress is made to order. So I was a little worried if it would arrive on time. The fabric was high quality, the embroidery was very pretty. The bodice of the dress fit her perfectly. We only had one alteration on the dress. Since she is only 5'. 5" ft the dress was long on her and the slit came down to her knee. She loved the train on the dress so all we had to do was have alteration on raising the split and professionally press the dress. I would highly recommend this dress.

I ordered a gorgeous dress, it arrived on time but the color was different and nothing like the picture! It was supposed to be a summer dress and they sent a heavy cheap winter one. When I asked for a return they said no, they told us wasn't their responsibility and sell it elsewhere. Horrible experience and they were super rude! I basically lost all my money and will never wear that disgusting cheap dress. Please NEVER buy from them.

Terrible customer service, they do not honor advertised shipping and processing times, if you pay for expedite shipping you will not receive it and if your dress arrives well after date needed you will not be refunded.
