Knetbooks

Ordered to be in time for Christmas. It's now almost the end of January and the book has still not arrived nor have I heard anything about it.

Shipping took a little longer than I expected and the books were good quality

I was pleasantly surprised because I thought the book I rented was going to be used but it was brand new. It came quickly and was shipped in a sturdy padded package. I was impressed, I will be renting books from here in the future for sure!

Item ordered was presumably available when ordered online, but order was cancelled a week later due to unavailability. Had to try to find and purchase item elsewhere. Unable to receive replacement in time to give as Christmas present. Not happy!

Is there an inventory issue that I was able to purchase something and then have to wait for the book to come into the warehouse?

I ordered a product without being alerted that the product was not in stock. I don't have any idea when or if it will be in stock in the near future. I don't know whether to wait or to cancel my order.

I actually never did receive the product that I ordered. I was just contacted days later saying that my book was not available from wherever? And they canceled my order.

Books are easy to read, very specific to a topic, price is also great.

Delivery was longer than I expected. Luckily I didn't have to read any chapters this week!

Im a college student and these text book prices were really stressing me out. It was extremely simple and the prices are a bargain compared to other stores and I would definitely would use this website again for future use!

This was my first time ordering a physical textbook, and Knetbooks made it easy. I'm grateful for the service they provide, and should I need more textbooks in the future, I'm happy to do business with them again.

These books were very easy to order, and I had confidence in the pricing and delivery time for my order: six new books for purchase. However, when I received the products, which were paperback, and opened the box, I saw that they were not packed with care. During shipment, these books were loosely moving and were not secured with bubble wrap or filler material, causing some of the covers to be damaged with folds and bends. I am thankful for Knetbooks' affordable rental and purchasing services, but perhaps some service costs are saved in shipping shortcuts. I can understand how some rentals could be in worse condition after shipping without it being the fault of the customer.

It was very straight forward to the point when purchasing. Took while to arrive though.

It was fast! The price was right! I trust the company; they have always done right by me.

I wish I could review the book. That is, if I had received it. I had Knetbooks cancel not one, but two orders for this book for an alleged fraudulent payment method, which did not make sense as the payment went through. And oh, after placing the first order, the second order showed a substantially higher price - unsure of the methods this company uses to price their rentals/purchases. Never ordering again.
