I was skeptical with shipping times varying with companies these days (even Amazon at times when promised 2 day shipping) but this company has earned Kingly title in my book. Got here a day before the wedding when rushed ordered and made our exit that much more magical. Highly recommend if you planned way before go-time, or if like us, it was the last thing you thought to plan, they will get it to you as fast as you need it. If not, then you can probably blame the messenger/delivery rather than the company. Thanks King for the sparklers!

I liked the fact that in this online store, you can choose several options for goods for all occasions, that is, for different events in my family. The sparklers and confetti came beautifully packaged and on time. Our holidays are interesting, thanks to my successful purchase

I ordered the sparkle for my birthday party and it was the highlight of the day. Everyone kept asking where I bought it from and I happily referred it to them.

I ordered dessert sparklers from this company and upon receiving I see that they are not food safe or for indoor use. I reached out via email to info@ and thought they sent me the wrong ones. My first email was June 2nd - no reply. I reached out again June 7th. No reply. I had my general manager cc'd in the email and on June 13th he replied in the email if I had any luck in getting in contact with someone. I told him I'd call them. Upon calling them no answer. Today I received a phone call from a Luciana and told her that I ordered DESSERT sparklers and the ones I received are not food safe nor are they for indoor use. She then told me that thats what they use. All of Miami uses them. I asked her, "so you are telling me that you are selling sparklers that are not safe for indoor use AND not safe for food to people who are using them inside and on food?" she very nonchalantly said yes. I was blown away. I told her that in California we cannot do that - its a health code violation and against the law to use unsafe product on food. She said OK I'll issue you a refund. Thanks for the refund but it does not sit well with me that this company is distributing and advertising dessert sparklers when they are in fact NOT for food. Thankfully she called on a recorded line and I will report this.

We purchased a plastic champagne dispenser but it didn't fit reached out twice to return but no response - very unethical and would not recommend

As relayed in earlier message, King of Sparklers has always been great to us in terms of purchasing and delivery. We have been a loyal costumer and will continue to be. I wish you had the 5 inch however I understand that you cant import them anymore. The 6 inch is still great just last a very long time. Sometimes we get some faulty sparklers or sometimes the sparklers may take long to light and then shoot out quickly but overall for the most part most light up well.
