The United Kingdom, and that is why delivery is slow.
I absolutely love the product, It's never have to worry about batteries the product is literally indestructible.

Lock works great installed it on my Anderson sliding door with a few modifications love it have keyless entry on front door so glad I have in rear sliding door as well
Nice locking mechanism. Instructions show an included Strike Plate as does the inventory list but there is no strike plate included in the box. I had to order a strike plate separately.
The website was ok and I did spend some time on it, but it is easier to talk to a person and order what I want.
