Placed an order 8/22/24. Received a UPS tracking number 8/23/24 in an email stating all items have shipped. It is now 7 days later (8/30/24) and UPS says all they did was create a shipping label but haven't given UPS anything to ship. I HATE LIARS! When you try calling you can't get anyone on the phone to question, you can only leave a message. USELESS!

Ordered a lock over a month ago from Keyless Locks store, the package never arrived. After trying to contact their customer service 5 times, they would not issue a refund. This was a $200 lock. Very poor customer service and dishonest business tactics. Outright scammed me! This was for my business, and I had to find the lock from another store. Could not be more disappointed.
I called the customer service to make sure of a few things about the lock and its function. She was able to guide me though and filled in the blanks as well as made me aware of how to disable one of the features of the lock.
The old lockset had internal damage. A replacement lockset was unavailable for some time. The sales representative suggested that I order the "guts" to replace the damaged lock. The part was in stock for the out of production lockset, so after verifying that the part was correct, I ordered it. At least we'll have a functioning lock to use once the parts arrive.
Called this Friday afternoon to inquire about a product from Lockey as these latter were already gone for the day. Sandra from Technical Support went above and beyond. She called the cell phone of her contact at Lockey and we did a 3-way conference call to get direct assistance from the manufacturer. They were able to recommend the appropriate product to fit my gate application. Sandra then took my order over the phone instead of me doing it by myself on their website. I am very happy with this first interaction with The Keyless Lock Store and highly recommend them.
Excellent, knowledgeable, and professional service! Sandra is very attentive! Very clear about installation resources and return policy. Haven't received product yet, but confident that it will meet, or exceed, my expectations. Great purchase experience!
Have emailed with Mike back & forth for about 2 months now. My board is/was dragging their feet on every little thing. On my initial conversation I truly "grilled" him with every little detail as I knew what I wanted--but did not know if that kind of a product even existed. After thoroughly listening to what I NEEDED and WANTED for my preschool, he came up with several solutions. We talked about each one in depth. I have emailed him several more times with follow up questions. He is always, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and unbelievably patient with my incessant "what if's". Like I said, this process has taken over two months time, and conversations have been through many different methods. The level of customer service and that of their staff is outstanding! I had to provide my board with at least 3 quotes from various companies. My vote was for these guys without a doubt! They, by far, offered the best bang for my buck!
Both orders I have placed were very well supported with good quality products but even more important, excellent customer service and support. Sara was fantastic and is the main reason I will recommend the Keyless Lock site.
Really fast delivery all the way to New Zealand, and product exactly as described. Haven't installed it yet, but looks like it will do the job. Not sure why these locks are not available off the shelf in NZ, they would surely sell.

I knew nothing about how to buy a lock that would give us secure access to a community pool through a chain link fence gate. Tricky application. Sandra is a stellar example of a customer representative who knows her products and willing to walk you every step of the way with patience, understanding and a happy disposition. I didn't do much comparing only because when I find someone who bends over backwards to prove they are willing to earn my hard earned dollars I am thrilled. It is hard to find in todays world. I ordered and assumed that the product would come in a lot later than it did. They upgraded my shipping speed due to being a first-time customer. I haven't installed the product yet but i'm hoping everything will work out for me.

I ordered two different locks. They arrived promptly and are of very good quality. My installer installed one, but took a look at the second and realized it would not fit the door I wanted secured. I contacted Keyless Locks and quickly received return instructions, and assurance of a refund within 2-4 weeks of receipt. I shipped it back the next day via UPS, as new and in its original packaging. UPS confirmed that is was delivered to Keyless Locks on May 24. It's now July 5; it has been six weeks and I still have no refund. A response I received to an email inquiry on 6/28/21 stated "sorry this is taking longer than you would like." Subsequent phone calls have gone unanswered. I'm out $168 plus $20 for return shipping. This would have been a positive review based on quality of product and speed of delivery if not for the failure to provide a refund.
From purchase to delivery, very fast arrival, quality is just as it appears on their website and works just fine.
Very easy to install for everyone with a little bit of handyman skills.

I've installed over 10 keyless entry locks by myself. Everything is in the box you need except a Philips screw driver and drill. Directions and template make it so easy it's almost fun. Compared to the high dollar locks that do the same thing these locks are a real saving. The combination is real easy to change. We've had the locks now for about 5 years with no problems at all.

Thank I had bn looking 2 replace an old locking system that had stooped working. This was ideal because I have 2 school children that has 2 get in the house 30 minutes b4 I get in from work. Having a code eliminates the need 4 lost keys and forgetting them. Just a push of button door is locked. Thank you for the free shipping as well.

The fire department cited our church for having a mechanical key less lock on an exit door that operated separately from the panic bar. The key less lock allowed people who knew the code to enter without having a key. The problem was when pushing the panic bar to exit, you also needed to manually turn a small knob to unlock the key less lock. Fire department said when you push panic bar everything needs to unlock at same time so people can exit properly. TheKeylessLockStore provided the solution and saved our church about $1,000 over the local locksmith quote. Sandra (the sales rep who spoke with me), was polite, professional, and helped me select the correct products for our application. Usually when it sounds too good to be true, it isn't. That was not the case here - I was pleasantly surprised. The only constructive comment I could make is a visual graphic to illustrate the proper placement of the tailpiece into the keyless lock would have been helpful.
I was a little skeptical about ordering keyless door fixtures on line. But after making contact with the office and ordering the necessary hardware for 10 doors I was pretty impressed with the ease with which the order was fulfilled.
The order not only arrived early, but everything was as it was supposed to be. The product quality was acceptable; though not exceptional. However, I did not order the highest grade product they had. So, to their credit, I've probably got what I paid for. Having said that, all of my online door hardware ordering will be made through keyless locks.
