I bought a tiny little film camera and the bargain condition is still a camera in superb picture taking condition. All of the bubble wrap inside will protect your camera no matter how indelicate the delivery people may be. Truly amazed at how well they package your gear.

Bought the camera in bargain condition so was expecting some blemishes and maybe a little banged up, but it's missing the button for the viewfinder illuminator which allows dust and potentially water to get into the inside of the camera which could ruin it all together. If I would have known that I probably would of opted out of getting it.

It's been a very long time since I've this set up and needed instructions. Had to search for and download an owner's manual in order to operate the item. Maybe include simple operating instructions for your customers just to get started, if needed.

Some confusion on shipping details. Said there were two boxes but one arrived with both parts. Arrived pretty quickly. No lens caps on the lens. Dirty cap on the camera. Battery is fully charged and otherwise things are good.

Ordering from KEH is very easy, and I always seem to receive items in the condition in which they are listed. I will definitely continue to buy from KEH in the future!

My process of finding well apprised used gear is always easy with KEH. Products are as advertised, arrived well packaged and on time. I am especially fond of the option to ship to FedEx stores for pick up later as this is generally safer than deliveries to my un-inhabited home when I am at work. Thanks KEH!

Not at the level of previous purchases. Charger had no cord so useless and a few too many marks on the external of the camera and lens. I am sure it functions well but battery is nearly dead and no way to use it for very long. I intend to try tomorrow.

Item shipped the same day and got here quick, happy with the quality would use again.

Ordering was super easy, shipping was fast. I received the lens well packed. But there was a significant dent at one place, but it does not seem to affect image quality. Elsewhere this same lens was selling for about $600 but I paid a bit over 400. Great value.

I had been looking for a good deal on this lens for a while and one finally showed up on the KEH website. Purchase was quick and easy and the lens arrived here quicker than expected. Lens is in like new condition, caps, hood and case as well, just as described in the ad. Looking forward to using it for the first time. Easy to order, great product (used camera lens in excellent condition). However, the total cost was not transparent. It was not made apparent that the cost was in USD (I had assumed CAD). Plus all the costs associated with shipping, customs (extra charge at the border) and taxes. Overall, the cost for the lens would have been the roughly the same had I bought a brand new one here in Canada.

Customer service, merchandise, shipping all great. Not so keen on finding out right now as I am returning the item, that not only will I pay for return shipping (which I expected) but that the shipping to me charges (free shipping), $9.95, will also be deducted from my return! Doesn't sit so well. Should be a big warning about this. Ah well.

The condition stated "Excellent" and although the exterior is excellent there is a liquid spot on the focus screen and no eyepiece cup.
I reached out and was told that "Excellent" didn't guarantee an eyepiece cup and try to clean the spot yourself.

It's often a challenge to get used photo equipment and be confident that it will be as described and functional. Especially on eBay I've been burned several times. KEH is very reasonably priced and everything is rated accurately so you get exactly what you paid for and expect to receive. Ordering is smooth and delivery is timely.

Got an excellent condition A7C for half off with sale. Didn't come with a box or cable but only 534 shots. Works well and definitely not a grey market camera as the price seemed too good to true. KEH was great all of the way through, no complaints.
