A plastic part in side of camera broke the moment I turned camera on. Not sure what it is but it looks important to the function of the camera. Will be sending back. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

I ordered a lens in bargain condition, but it should have been ranked ugly or as is. There was something rattling inside the lens when I received it. However, the customer service was very helpful and let me return the lens and exchange it for one in better condition.

I have ordered multiple times from KEH and it has always been a fantastic experience! The prices are resonable, shipping is very fast, and the quality of the gear is amazing. You can usually expect to receive and item that is in even better condition than it's rated. If you're looking for used camera gear I would not hesitate to order from KEH!

Everything I have ordered has been exactly as described. And when I mistakenly ordered an item, the customer service department was able to intercept the outgoing shipment and credit my account within hours, even though I didn't realize my mistake until the item had been through packing.

Would recommend KEH to anyone without qualification.

I have used KEH for my photography needs for the past few years. Always thought highly of it. Recently I purchased a camera and it arrived partially unusable. However, so far KEH has made the return process smooth and convenient. So, thank you! I look forward to continuing to use them in the future.

See above. The front lens cap was, as described on the KEH website, in excellent condition. Since the item was not very expensive, I opted for standard shipping, which KEH estimated at 5-6 days. It arrived in two.

I have not tried the camera yet but for the look of it it is in excellent + condition like they stated.

I had known of KEH for some time and never ordered anything from them. I was hoping to save money on a used lens, but wanting it to be in good condition. I was pleased to find a number of options in the exact lens I was seeking, and all were lower priced than I had expected. They had my lens shipped immediately and packaged beautifully. It looks as though it is brand new!

I've bought several used lenses from KEH in recent years and have never gotten a bad sample of a lens. When KEH offered a 28-105 mm f/3.5-4.5 lens at a very low price, I ordered it. It was listed as "exc." and arrived looking as-new. It works great.

I bought a used Nikon macro lens, rated EX, for a very fair price. The lens functions perfectly and is cosmetically unblemished (the rating is probably closer to EX+). Delivery was slower than I wanted, but not unreasonably slow (I admit that my reference point is that gigantic company that delivers stuff in 2 days). I've bought and sold plenty of lenses using KEH and they never disappoint!
