I really appreciate the way KB +A allows the buyer to directly interact with them throughout the buying process. I was able to ask specific questions and they provided adequate answers. And I thank them for that.
After purchasing the wrong item...my fault, I did exactly as they requested to submit a return. I did not write on the original box. I packed the original box INSIDE another box and returned the item. I was told all parts where not included (lie) so no refund would be made. Not to mention the cost I paid to return the item. This company steals from the consumer.
I am so glad I found Kitchen & Bath Authority on the web. I found the perfect sink at a great price. The sink was sent immediately after the order was placed. It arrived in perfect shape a few days later. I am very impressed.
Ordered a Sauna stove through KBA Authority in October 2023, and they said it was on back order and wouldn't be in until late December 2023. The price was roughly $150.00 less any where else. I agreed to wait til December. Late December came and they said there was no opportunity to get Sauna stove in the near future, however if I paid an extra $220 dollars they could get me one. I was led along for three months. I discussed with KBA my concerns to which they stuck to the additional cost as the only solution, KBA never apologized or tried in any effort to come to some agreement. They are extremely short and very rude. I want to warn others of their lousy customer service.
We were told item would be delivered on a certain day but we were not given a time frame. On that delivery day, we received an email saying the delivery was attempted but we were not home to receive it. We waited at home for the delivery but no one came or even attempted a delivery. We think the delivery was not even attempted or it was made to the wrong house. No one knocked at our door! We were home!
We called the delivery company & they rescheduled the delivery. We received the item two days later. However, the delivery man was not able to tell us why it was not delivered on the first attempt. Even with the second attempt, we never got a time frame for the delivery as we were told we would. We were not asked to sign for the delivery as we were told we would have to do.

I purchased a vanity on 12/27/23 from KBA for $2179. The Vinnova vanity top arrived cracked in pieces. After multiple calls KBA sent me another vanity countertop that was also cracked. On 3/14/23 The Sales Manager, Joseph V. Promised a refund in writing and then on 6/30/23 rescinded his promise. I have a broken vanity and am out $2179. This company is a sham - the worst - completely unprofessional.
Process was great, I like the extra security layer(confirm purchase via phone) to protect consumers.
Only disappointment is that i never received the FREE Kitchen Accessory i selected during my purchase. I reached out to customer service and i was told it will be shipped out to me but it's been more thank a week now and still haven't received shipping/tracking #.

Stay away from this company. There customer service sucks. Unanswered emails unreturned phone calls. They didn't answer a question I had about a product so I ordered it and quickly realized it would not fit my bathroom. I went to their website and use their contact form to cancel the order one day after I ordered it. It was a weekend so their office was closed that's why I use the contact form. My order status claim that the order has not shipped and their website said that the orders ship in 3 to 5 business days so I gave them plenty of notice to cancel the order. They shipped it anyway. My item cost $877 they are trying to charge me $320 to restock the item. I canceled the order on December 10 and I still haven't got a refund
It just shouldn't be that difficult. If there's a product that doesn't work and there's a rational reason to return in the same box unused and undisturbed. It should not be so difficult to return a product. Especially if you have the original box and yet they want to charge you almost $15 to via third party, a piece that weighs about as much as a 50 cent piece. They make the process so difficult that it's just better for me to keep the product and never use it then return it for refund that they may or may not give me, as they have numerous out clauses to even refund you. And they want me to pay $15 just to return it.
Brilliant and you want to know why people use Amazon prime it's easy no fuss... Returning a product should be simple, as opposed to feeling held hostage.
Availability to order to pretty much 1/2 inch size differences makes it quite easy to get exactly what you need.
The vanity is good quality and looks great. The only problem was the delivery. First, it was scheduled to be delivered on Monday June 3 between 10-2 PM then I got an e mail stating it would arrive Tuesday June 4 same time. Waited again and got an e mail at 11:30 ish stating delivery was changed to Wednesday June 5 same time. Took off of work to be here for the delivery and make sure it was what I ordered without any damage. I received your emails stated to check the box making sure it was not damaged before accepting the delivery. The delivery person did no hook the horn, ring the bell or call just left the vanity by our front door. Luckily the vanity was just what I ordered and I am very pleased with my purchase.
Item came damaged. Had a terrible time trying to return item. When they finally picked up the damaged vanity i was promised full refund. Still 3 Months later no refund... I call weekly and customer service promises the credit will be refunded today. Still nothing. This has been the worst company i have ever dealt with. We are building a new home and have had to order everything online, and this is by far the worst company yet. Terrible customer service. Don't buy from them...
Even though someone answered that this has to be exactly 60" wide for a rough-in opening, it is adjustable by cutting down the support bar as described in the instructions. Looks like it is all good quality.
Ordered a fire clay sink and drain covers. You get automated updates on the shipping and the customer service is good/helpful. Would definitely order from them again.
Bought four Grohe fixtures at excellent prices. Received email saying two were out of stock and would be shipped in about 2 weeks. They were. Received everything as promised -- just a little slower than I hoped. All were original items -- new, unopened -- exactly as advertised. They followed up with several emails before I had to ask and sent tracking numbers. Other online reviews made me nervous -- but my experience was very good.

Never imagined whirlpool bathtub in a rectangular shape could look so elegant. Its height and capacity are good. It transformed my bathroom into one of those expensive hotel powder rooms. The fascinating part is the soothing LED lights with speakers. My bathing experience just got therapeutic :)
