The first 2 orders that I placed with just flowers were easy to do and the arrangements were quite beautiful.
My name is shirley tasayco I was supposed to receive a floral arranging October 31 for my birthday but you guys never did it. Bad service. They called me yesterday asking me what time I will be home so the driver will deliver the flowers... told them at 3pm and I was eating until 5pm which they told me is the last delivery... flowers never arrived. I've been calling them since yesterday and the only thing the representatives told me is we will call the driver and call you back... never happened... I called today November 1,2020 first time in the morning asking for a refund to the person that place the order and they said they can't... they told me they will call the shopper to see if they can deliver the flowers today... told the agent don't want them anymore because they were for yesterday not today and she o my said I'm sorry can't do anything. Never order from them

If it gets delivered today
Beautiful arrangements to choose from. Too bad the received arrangement was nothing like the pick except for color. Filed a complaint & sent info they requested. Never heard from anyone again. Will not order from again or recommend to friends.
Will not be using service again. Flowers late. Was wilted and dead by second day of delivery. Big expense for nothing.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
