Ordered the Near & Dear Basket and the picture attached is what my wife received. Wilted pink roses, a lot of brown on all edges, especially the roses. If you look up this basket you will notice that NONE of the flowers we did get are on line for this basket. I know $50.00 is not anywhere near the most expensive set up on "JUST FLOWERS", but would have thought there would be some quality to the product shown on their website. Too many options out there to have good QUALITY flowers delivered, would find somebody else to handle your flower needs. The only reason I am giving two stars, is it was delivered on the right day. Ordered top notch arrangement for my best friend who lost her mother. I was horrified when I walked into her house and saw the arrangement. Her mouth opened and she said, "I didn't want to tell you." I ordered the super deluxe and was charged over $138 and she received lilies that were tight and not opened at all, roses that were drooped over and filler that was dried and dead. I was horrified! They wanted to give me a $7 discount! This is really bad business and outrageous! I'm STILL waiting for a manager to call me because when they offered the $7 discount and I laughed I asked to speak to a manager. They put me on hold forever then said there wasn't a manager available. This company should NEVER be used! Go but yourself a bouquet of flowers at Wholefoods or Trader Joe's. SHAME ON YOU! You are thieves! I tried to post a pic but it didn't load. Probably on purpose so people can't see the pathetic work they are stealing money over.

I ordered a flower arrangement for a nephews funeral. I paid extra for a premium arrangement and expedited delivery. The flower arrangement was an autumn orange and yellow arrangement with lots of flowers. What was delivered was a plant with 2 flowers of the color that I ordered. I paid almost 105.00 for this arrangement and what was delivered was a 35.00(at most) plant with minimal flowers. Knowing the times and pandemic woes I was willing to let it go with a 50.00 refund, which would have been way more than the plant was worth. They offered me a 10.00 refund, which was totally unacceptable. So, Ill try to get the credit card company to refund the charge. Total disappointment. Autumn blooms is the arrangement that I ordered and this is what they sent(no resemblance)

Delivery charge is a little too high. It was high and it couldn't be delivered until 3 days after I placed the order. It arrived late for her birthday! The arrangement was very nice once she did receive it.
I was told by someone in customer service when I called the 2nd time that I would be refunded the delivery fee. I have not received that to my knowledge.
I FEEL COMFORTABLE ORDERING FROM JUST FLOWERS & USE THEM FREQUENTLY TO SHIP ACROSS THE U.S.
My only issue so far is that I was ordering "Country Charm Basket w/Bear" - but then upon checkout I was asked if I wanted to order a bear with my flowers. I thought the bear came with it already! So I had to phone for clarification. Also, I wanted to send the flowers to "The Chavarria Family", but was forced to put one name instead.
They could not deliver the order I placed to my location.
So I selected another they could. It arrived a few days late.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
