Smooth and user friendly experience. This is the first National online company that has ever gotten my flower order correct, delivered on time and looks spectacular for my mother.
I ordered these flowers on the web since I waited until or anniversary which was on a Saturday so I could not run out and pick up some decent flowers. I decided I'd give them a try. I was happy I did. Beautiful flowers! I called the florist and told them they are now my florist for all my future purchases.

Placed my order at 9:30 am on the first day of spring to cheer up a friend with Cancer only to be notified at 2:30 in the afternoon that they couldn't be delivered due to location. Absolutely terrible customer service would not use again.

I placed my order on a Saturday & my main concern was to have delivery on Sunday. The website stated my order could be delivered then. I never received a confirmation of delivery and had to call the recipient to see if it was received. It was delivered on Monday, a day after the Sunday family gathering that I needed it for. Hopefully, the quality was good as I have no idea what the flowers or fruit basket really looked like. Would suggest updating website and sending confirmation of deliveries.
Veronica, please check your spam folder to see if your e-mail confirmations are in there because they were in fact e-mailed to you upon placement of both of your orders. Both of your orders were delivered on Monday, March 17th. Sundays are not guaranteed delivery days. Especially, in the more rural areas of the country.
The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers and they looked nice. I was just shocked by the exorbitant delivery fee - more than half the cost of the arrangement.
I was able to jump on and order flowers for a friend. I gave 4 stars because it was a high cost for delivery but I still placed the order because I needed them that day. I also never got a delivery confirmation so I didn't know if hey were delivered until my friend mentioned she got hem. I was hoping for a confirmation.
My husband and I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law's special milestone birthday. We ordered it a few days before the actual delivery date. Today was that milestone birthday and specified delivery date. We never got confirmation of delivery nor had my mother-in-law received the flowers. We had to call and then get a call back to confirm the flowers did not get delivered. This is very disappointing and not very professional.

I have ordered flowers from Just Flowers numerous times. They always delivered a quality product that made me feel it was money well spent. This time was 180 Degree turn. Flower arrangement was not what was depicted in the photos. Almost no flowers on one side, ice crystals forming in vase on arrival. Wilted partially frozen lillys and the roses looked dead in 3 days.

Plants & flowers look GREAT. Florist very helpful in figuring out what & how I wanted cut flowers placed in a plant arrangement. Also followed up w call to confirm what I wanted on card as I forgot. All around very good experience.

The flowers were delivered on Valentine's Day, but before and after contact not impressive. Only contact was five days after delivery for opinion. Because delivery was 1,300 miles distant, confirmation of delivery is essential.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
