I sent a peace lilly to a friend in California when her husband passed away. She said the lilly was very pretty.
What is purchased was not delivered, instead my friend received 6 roses and 5 carnations. I also purchased 1 baloon for a happy birthday and the box of chocolates for a total of $106.97. My friend did not get the balloon or chocolates. I would never recommend this florist or do business with. Ill go now on your web and do my raiting. If you are using third party for your orders you should use trusted source. Very bad experience.

I have used this company before and was very pleased. The problem this time was i ordered the flowers on friday may 9th reasurring that my daughter would recieve them by sun mothers day. That didnt happen. I got notifications daily saying sorry its undeliverable will try tomorrow. I tried calling only to get a busy signal for hours. I understand the high volume and things may be alittle late but 4 days past the delivery date? I even texted to find out why? Although the flowers were beautiful I feel it took way to long and by time she got it I felt like it was an after thought. Terrible communication & disappointing delivery schedule - and when my friend got the gift - there was no balloon per the order charged - but the plants were nice It's so hard to talk to someone - I haven't even tried to get the refund for the balloon

I placed the order on May 8th and it was due to be delivered on May 8th. I expected confirmation that day that it was delivered, not a question a week later as to whether or not it was delivered. The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers, which she found beautiful, and which I found contained fewer flowers that what was shown in the photo I chose.

Yes, sympathy flowers were delivered to a loved one, but I had to put a fight when initially was told my order would be delivered the next day instead. Unacceptable. Then, after a stressful phone call demanding delivery, the flowers were delivered late that day afterall. However, it was a completely different arrangement than what I ordered. This turned into another stressful conversation with customer service resulting in an unsatisfactory end. "Sorry, ma'am, we cannot make the correction. We will credit you $15." Overpriced, wrong flowers, and stress. Not again.

I bought $100 worth of flowers, and the basket that was sent to a person who lost a loved one was not what was expected. It had cheap flowers in it with very few plants.

Fine by phone but ordering online failed. Their website needs improvement. Otherwise a reasonable experience but with expensive delivery charges.

I ordered 2 bouquet of flowers on May 9th for Mothers Day May 11,2025 2 days in advance of the event and the flowers never were delivered. It is now May 13, and I still have not receievd the expected flowers. When I called the customer service number it just has a busy signal with no answer. I called the main number and the agent refused to help me stating that I should call the customer service number, he was not sympathetic. I emailed the company and only got this email to rate my experience regarding the service I recieved. As you can see I am very disappointed and really just need a full refund as you did not deliver the service as promised and you are now avoiding me and my request for a refund. This has been the worst service EVER! I need my money back and SOON!

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
