I ordered a beautiful poinsettia for my son in law in the hospital. When it arrived, my daughter said it was beautiful and he appreciated it so much. It was delivered on the day I requested without any problem. Thank you so much. I will order from you again when the need arises.
Website photos are misleading and customer service is not helpful. They substituted a different plant from the one I ordered and never notified me of the change. I wasn't even notified that they were delivered. 1st photo is what was purchased, second photo is from their website which is a substituted plant, third photo is what was delivered which obviously does not look like the second photo.
Poor quality plant. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

We are terribly sorry that the item that you ordered was majorly substituted. We have called all our local florists in the area and have exhausted all our resources but were not able to find anyone who will be able to do the exact item. In order for us to deliver on time necessary substitutions need to be made.
For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.

Despite having been given sufficient notice, Just Flowers failed to deliver the arrangement on the day that was requested. The flowers arrived at the recipient's home the following day after the festivities had concluded. She was left to believe that we had completely forgotten or ignored her significant milestone. It was both embarrassing and disappointing.

Yesterday afternoon I placed an order for my girlfriend's birthday today. Here I am thinking that everything was perfect and good to go, until I realized they never arrived at my girlfriend's house. No email, no text, no apology, no forewarning. In the middle of the day I decide to call the number since their website is a complete hack (where is the promised online customer service, why is it impossible to log in with my order information that is as recent as yesterday?). When I finally got a hold of someone, the initial customer service was rude as hell as though they're not currently on a shift being a Customer Service Rep. After asking about my order, I was put on hold for x amount of time, so I hung up. They call back and say that my order has been delayed. No warning, no notification about this in the middle of the day where on their website it says their deliveries begin at 9AM each day. I ask for a full refund and they begin to offer next to nothing in return. 10 dollars...15 dollars. I stand down on my refund because the entire thing is ridiculous to me. I then have to wait for a manager for at least 5-10 minutes for correspondence to begin. The manager begins giving me the same shtick as the previous rep. FINALLY after explaining they ruined my plans of the current day that they cannot fulfill, they then claim that I will see my refund posted in 1-4 days. I NEVER post reviews about anything. But If you're a guy that wants to make one of your ladies happy by ordering flowers, please FOR THE LOVE OF GOD AVOID THIS BUSINESS. They do not deserve anyone's with how they currently treat their customer. I wish the best for them to turn around this horrible business handling.
Ryan, we received your order at 8:41 PM on Saturday night for delivery the next day on Sunday when deliveries are not guaranteed. A full refund was already processed on 12/16/2024.
Due to the location of the recipient, it was difficult to locate an available florist. It was frustrating, for me, but the customer service operators were helpful, polite, and supportive of my frustration. With their assistance, our daughter-in-law received her arrangement three days after the requested delivery date and loved the end product. Thanks so much.

If I could give no stars, I would. I Ended up canceling my *sympathy arrangement* for a friend. They called me a day after the promised delivery stating they couldn't do it. Just for Flowers wanted to replace my beautiful $100 order with a 6" potted plant, still for $100. Incredibly disappointed. Will never attempt to use them again.
Dawn, the item you ordered was $79.99 and the delivery was for a remote part of Kansas where products are very limited.
I placed an order to be delivered for a funeral and 3 days after the funeral my order was still not delivered. I hope people will read my review and think twice before placing an delivery with just flowers.

Barbara, based on the breakdown, the order was filled to value for the price that was paid for the arrangement. Some of our arrangements have no specific stem counts for the flowers but it will be filled to the amount allotted for the arrangement. Please be advised that the amount allotted for the arrangement will not only go to the flowers, it also includes the basket/vase and the greens and fillers that will be used on the arrangement.
It is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the look and feel of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size and color combinations. We will also make every attempt to match the plant type but may have to substitute with another color.

Prices were good, estimated delivery was good, until it wasn't. Deliver date was 4 days after expected delivery date. Then an additional $15 fee was charged after my initial order.
Customer service was courteous and genuine. Plant was beautiful and the additional charge was waived.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Friday and paid the expedite fee to ensure they would be delivered in 4 hours. Not only were they delivered in 4 hours, they weren't delivered at all on Friday. And if that's not bad enough, they still weren't delivered on Saturday! Who knows if or when they will ever show up! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a bereavement gift for same day delivery. I was told that it would go out next day. Not the case. After the third day still no delivery. Customer service was polite but without resolution. I will NEVER order from JustFlowers again! Scammers! Dishonest!

Our system shows the order was delivered, and the florist hasn't told us there was a problem with delivering your order. We must first verify the delivery status before beginning the cancellation/refund process. We will contact the florist ASAP, and will subsequently contact you with the resolution of your refund/cancellation request.
Delivery was 3 days late. The flowers shown and purchased were not available. A substitute was offered and approved. However I initially paid xtra for a larger arrangement and Mylar balloon but it was a marginal arrangement and no balloon nor anything offered in place of same.

I placed an order, gave an address and paid. A day later I got a call that they could no be delivered based on the area. (The house is on main street. Not far) they did what they could, but the flowers had to be roses, and cost more and couldn't be delivered for 5 more days. The covered the extra cost. I just wish they would have told me the area couldn't be delivered when I first ordered. The flowers were pretty.

I ordered the flowers within the time allotted for delivery to be delivered on November 18th. It was my mother's 82nd birthday. She is in the nursing home in Athens, Texas. I had told her she was getting a prize on her birthday. We were very disappointed.
I got a call late on the day I was expecting the delivery informing me that a suitable florist could not be found to fill the order. They would try tomorrow. The flowers were delivered on the 19th after noon.
I then received another call informing me that the minimum amount required for the purchase was $15 more. I had already spent over $75 on the arrangement. My understanding was the person on the other end was asking permission to charge my card the additional $15. I responded with a resounding "NO! As a matter of fact, just cancel the order, as it is already late." I was told it was too late to cancel the order because it had already been assigned to a florist. The lady asked if they could just charge $10. No. Then $7.50, NO. I told her that if I found that they had charged my card extra that I would share my experience on social media. I felt like there was an attempt to take advantage of me.
The flowers did arrive and they were beautiful. My mother did enjoy them.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my niece She received them two days later by a neighbor who found them.Same house number, street name different.Flowers looked a little bedraggled after sitting out in the colder temps x I have been offered a $20 refund. That is unacceptable. I plan to have my credit card co.take care of this. I have made many phone calls and no satisfaction I spent over $60 for flowers and I get $20 back. Forget it!

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
