Flowers were delivered the day after promised. Missed the special occasion, but the flowers were nice, though they didn't follow the color scheme in the photo. Will order farther ahead next time.
I ordered flowers to be delivered and when I saw the final arrangement it looked nothing like the picture for which I thought I was getting. It looked like a rookie did it with their eyes closed. Talked to management and they really did not try to go out of their way to reimburse, what I thought, was a fair deal. They gave me only $15 out of $116. And that took me about 30 to 45 minutes to get $15 talking to them on the phone. They started me out at $5 and then went to $10 and finally went to management and they gave me $15. I will never send anybody to Just Flowers again. I was just so very very disappointed in the creation of the bouquet. There was nothing wrong with the delivery but you have got to have two sides, from a great looking Arrangement and a great delivery. They truly failed on the arrangement.

This was my first time ordering from your company. I was very delighted to see how beautiful the flower arrangement was. I had had the order sent to someone recovering from surgery as a pick-me-up. It really did the job.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
