I contracted a service for Valentine's and although promised the delivery for that day, ended delivering the same late ruining the surprise on the special day.
Thru BBB I managed to reach them and ultimately offered a refund of the delivery fee (less than 5% of the value of the service). If you want to avoid frustations better go elsewhere and leave this business follow the path where they belong.
We recently placed an order for my aunt's funeral, called Rejuvenating Greens #5710-0003-1301-2345 It was pictured with overflowing green plants, surpassing the basket handle and beautiful red flowers. I do understand the need to substitute, but what was delivered and paid for (approx. $75.00), was laughable and embarrassing to see next to her urn. After contacting justflowers.com customer service, they offered a 10% refund! They refused to give me the name of the local florist they used, and the corporate customer service rep also refused to give me his name when it was apparent I was dissatisfied and would take further action. They wanted a photo of the arrangement - I should snap a photo as I am paying my respects? Or contact the family who received the flowers on my aunt's behalf to do so? What kind of insensitive swindlers are these people? He said he believed I was telling the truth, but could do nothing about it. Be forewarned; if you are dissatisfied, you will not have recourse unless you provide evidence. Their commitment to customer service and grieving families is disgraceful. The funeral director recommended to NEVER use online floral companies; he said he has received several such complaints. Instead, contact the funeral home where you are sending flowers, and and they will recommend a florist they use, or take care of the arrangement / order for you. Then you have recourse if you are not satisfied - a reputable third party. A valuable lesson, and one to pass along!
Do NOT use this company. Placed two online delivery orders for Mother's Day floral arrangements. Mother's Day came and went, neither one of the two recipients received the floral arrangements I paid for - prior to or even after Mother's Day. Poor customer service. Thankfully I paid via Paypal and only through Paypal, not the company, was I refunded. Do NOT use Just Flowers.
Awful service. Ordered a week in advance and item is 3 days late. They did not notify us there was a problem despite having 2 phone numbers for me and 2 for the recipient. Unable to speak to anyone on the phone. Left email and they responded. Was told there was a problem with the address. That was the excuse. No offer of compensation or apology. Just claim it is "scheduled"for delivery today. It was scheduled for delivery 3 days ago. Not today!
Horrible! I highly reccomend you read reviews before ordering! Im saving someone else from a scam! They charge you double what you're price says on the websit. They DO NOT deliver on time, or on my occasion they do NOT deliver AT ALL! Its BULL$#*!! They deliver late - days and day late - and do not deliver the same flowers as the photo - I do NOT recommend you using them. They are a sham.
Feb 14th, last minute flower purchase. Found justflowers.com offering GUARANTEED delivery on the 14th, Valentine's Day. Paid them over $100, flowers got there on the 15th. The site, and the email receipt, specifically state that "Shipped Products Delivered on a Specific Day: FLOWERDELIVERY.COM guarantees that your gift will arrive by the delivery date. Occasionally the item arrives through the carriers early, and we are not responsible for orders delivered early. "
Email conversations have led to them insisting I call and speak to them, which is ridiculous, there is nothing we can accomplish over the phone that can't be accomplished via email. They are simply dragging their feet and don't want to put into writing their refusal to honor their guarantee.
This business got my custom because of their guarantee, which was fraudulent. They had no intention of living up to it, and have shown no interest in making good on it after they failed to live up to it. They fail at living up to their promise, then they fail at their customer service response. I will NEVER deal with these con-artists again, and would recommend against anyone else doing so. Making false promises to get people to buy your product/service is FRAUD.
Ordered a $50 arrangement. Plus there was $20 in handling and delivery charges. It was delivered ahead of schedule and the flowers were in good condition, but the arrangement was only about 10 inches tall and had 3 specialty flowers ( gerber daisy, rose, and asiatic lily) and about a dozen daisys. It was clearly not a $50 arrangement. Customer service said they would replace it, but called the next day to say it was filled to value. For $70 it should have been fabulous. Their customer service was an offer to send a coupon for my next purchase. I told them there wouldn't be another purchase. They really didn't care. I had used them before, but this is the first time anyone sent me a picture of what they received. Now I question if any of the orders were what I ordered. Customer service is polite but non existent resolution.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
