Very easy and smooth
Service is great but the shipping and handling charges are so expensive it makes people hesitate to place an order. I know the price of gasoline is ridiculous and there is nothing you can do about that but it's unfortunate that it makes doing something nice for someone has to cost so much.
I know the item I ordered was sale priced but do you also do any discounts? Senior discounts? This is my second order from you.
This is at least the 3rd time I have used JustFlowers, the previous times worked out greast, and I am sure this time will be just as satisfying.

I order 2 orders to indiviuals within just a few days. I ordered the same plant arrangement to be sent on June 7. It was supposed to have arrived on that day. It was confirmed. It never arrived til either June 10 or 11 and it wasn't even the same plant I had ordered. They were gone by then and didn't return to the house til 10 days later. I will never order from you again. They plant died. You told me there was a mix up of shipping company. Not my fault. Your company offered me a discount coupon for my next purchase. Pretty hard to do when I am never going to order from you again. I will just order pro flowers next time. I have never had a problem with them. Very dissastified with the whold order and the handling of it. I called you 3 times and not once did I ever get a call back from you. I finally had to call you a 4th time to get someone to talk to and never got an answer to what had happened to my order.
I'll know for sure once recipient lets us know quality of flowers and presentation.
SO FAR...It has been easy to navigate the site...let's hope the flowers are delivered on time and represent what I chose!

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
