I received an email telling me they would not be able to deliver on Valentine's. The flowers were for my daughter so it was not a major disappointment (she got them the next day and they were beautiful), but imagine if they had they been for a wife/husband, boyfriend/girlfriend... Not acceptable at all!
Janis, we are glad to hear that the flowers were pretty but we didn't receive your order until 9:37 AM CST on Valentine's Day when all of the local shops were already booked up for the holiday. Flower delivery is generally available seven days a week depending on the delivery area and product.
Delivery was promptly and flowers are beautiful.
I called on Valentines Day to have flowers delivered and Just Flowers delivered as promised.

Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day and actually received flowers at a decent time, Problem was they were not my flowers. The arrangement contained a large card with someone else's name and address but not a phone number. Tried to contact JustFlowers via phone, e-mail and text but they were too busy to answer any of them. Later that night a man showed up on my door step with my wife's flowers. I thought it was the delivery person making things right but it was a man that had received my flowers and unbelievably I had received his flowers. We exchanged and I thanked him. Called JustFlowers a week later and they are sorry! Good bye JustFlowers, took my money for the last time.

While other florist services could not provide service in a short notification time frame, Just Flowers came through with a timely delivery of a beautiful fresh bouquet exactly like the photo on their web site. And since the bouquet was supposed to also have a small Teddy Bear with it, a separate driver brought the Teddy Bear to our home later that evening. My fiance was delighted
Ordered Valentine flowers to be delivered on 2/14/24--then late in the 2/14 afternoon received notice the delivery would not happen as promised. No time to regroup and get something else in line and had to wait until the next day for delivery. NOT GOOD!
The $10 refund was worthless! Like we need to do something so lets do a small amount so that we can say we tried. Not acceptable and will not use your services again--I know this will not have any impact upon Just Flowers--but like your $10 refund--it makes me feel better!

Flowers came late. I am sure they were busy but it was already past supper time. They were very pretty but have died really fast. Problems happen!

Flowers were 2 days late, and it is impossible to reach anyone during the process! And when they did arrive,… they were old, some even wilted, not sure I would ever use you guys ever again.

I didn't see the flowers myself but My Aunt received them in her Rehabilitation Hospital. She snd her daughter gave them rave reviews. The first supposed "best florist in Radford" refused to deliver them to her address. Thanks so much!

Consider this a cautionary tale for anyone considering Just Flowers for their floral needs. I'm utterly dismayed by the abysmal service I received when ordering a funeral arrangement from them. Despite assurances, the flowers arrived late and looked nothing like the $250 arrangement I ordered. Adding insult to injury, the accompanying note was replaced with a cheap envelope stating a "greeting card shortage," containing a folded piece of printer paper. When I attempted to address my concerns with customer service, they argued that the flowers delivered looked like a cross, despite photographic evidence I provided. I requested to speak to a manager to address this, but instead of assistance, I was put on hold, only for the representative to hang up on me. Upon calling back, I once again had to leave a voicemail. This matter remains unresolved. Contacting the company is nearly impossible; after enduring 5-minute hold times, calls are consistently redirected to voicemail. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Just Flowers at all costs. Their lack of competence and empathy is shocking and unacceptable.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
