Flowers were delivered on time and were absolutely gorgeous
Ordered flowers for my sister-in-law's birthday. She was very pleased. She sent me a picture, and they looked beautiful. I've ordered from Just Flowers several times and have never been disappointed.
Ordering was fairly easy but expensive "handling" and "shipping" of $23. Selected the "Cotton Candy" arrangement for a birthday gift--as pictured (no additional flowers added in for additional cost). Vase of flowers was delivered 5 days later as requested, but picture sent to me by the recipient showed that the arrangement looked almost nothing like the one I selected just for her. Very disappointed for the price of the flowers and the handling and shipping. Will not order from just flowers.com again.
I was really impressed seeing how we haven't used this company before. We were trying to find a local florist in the area without knowing the area and they did not dissappoint!

My order didn't arrive until two days after the order. I was told that I would get a ten dollar refund and I haven't received it either.
Donette, there was a delay of one day (not two), due to an issue with the local vendor and the partial refund was already issued. Please allow 1-4 business days for that to process.

Spent $77 for an arrangement. I picked a specific arrangement because it had butterflies attached to the basket. A family member had just got a new job and this member loves butterflies so I thought the arrangement was perfect with the butterflies as a congrats gift. I had even put in the notes... please don't forget to attach the butterflies. If this company is not going to provide what you paid for then I will not do business with them again.

You might want to know that shortly after I placed my order, I received a phone message from someone who said they were from JustFlowers. I googled the phone number and it appeared to be a scammer so I didn't call back. My flowers were delivered fine. I always have a good experience with JustFlowers. Thank you!

They held my flowers hostage to try and shake me down for more money the day I'd delivery. I ordered flowers for my grandmother that lives far away from me for her birthday. I ordered them days ahead of time. The day is scheduled delivery they held the flowers trying to get me to pay an extra $ on top of the flower price, handling fee and shipping fee. I will never use this business again. This is a shady way to conduct business. Very unprofessional. Buyer beware! Do not use the company. Spread the word far and wide.

However, there are rare occasions when the most cost-effective local florist's minimum exceeds the amount you paid for your selected item(s).
Ordered 3/2 for delivery 3/5. Paid for Express delivery(in a.m.). Arrangement delivered at 4:30pm. -Friday a.m., half of flowers were wilted, in spite of having been watered upon arrival.
DeeLynne, we spoke with you on the 6th and informed you that it was delivered at 3PM, not 4:30 PM. Also, we offered compensation for the delayed delivery which was accepted and issued that same day. Not to mention, this is the first report we are getting from you about the quality of what was delivered. We will contact you about this ASAP.

Easy to order online and arrived on time and were a big hit.
First, the delivered flowers were pretty but not what I ordered. I have purchased a lot of flowers in my lifetime but these flowers did not meet my expectations for the amount paid. I was expecting the fullness that was in the picture but only got half. This was my first time using this service and I was not satisfied.

Selected "premium - a feminine touch" and a little disappointed with the delivered result. Arrangement was beautiful but closer to the "standard" selection photo. I expected more flowers. Hand written note was nice.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
