I ordered a couple of bouquets for my beloved ones back in the day and the delivery was in time. I had to puzzle over the choice as I hesitated about what flowers my mom and wife loved, but anyway I managed to get required info and issued an order here.
The quality of them... ha, quality of flowers, I mean, freshness. It's awesome, not going to lie. Bouquets stayed for a couple of weeks and only withered eventually.
I ordered on Friday 5/10 2024 an arrangement for my wife to be delivered on Saturday, 5/11/2024 for Mothers Day on Sunday. It had not been delivered by Saturday afternoon. I sent them an email asking them what was going on. Just flowers sent an update back with an apology stating that the order would not be there Saturday but would be rescheduled for the next day Sunday 5/12/2024. Sent an email back that said that would be okay. 4pm Sunday came and still no delivery. I left a phone message, and sent an email telling them to cancel the order since the day was almost over and already 1.5 days late, and that I also wanted a full refund. It is now Monday evening with no reply's to my emails nor was there any any phone calls from them.
Long story shortened. No delivery and money so far was not returned.
Just Flowers promised next day delivery and 4 days latter they had not arrived. I trued to cancel the order and get my money back and after numerous failed attempts to talk to a human I was told it was too late to get a refund. NEVER AGONE!

Ordered a bouquet for my mother on April 19th for delivery on May 10th. Got email saying delayed, will deliver next day. Got this message every day for 4 consecutive days. Flowers still not delivered yet. Email support just sends automatic response and it is impossible to get any representative on the phone. I have spent $72.47 of which $11.99 was a delivery charge. WHERE ARE MY FLOWERS! Is this company a scam?

Easy to order the flowers were good quality. The only issue I have is it looks nothing like the item that I ordered. All the flowers were bunched in a group of the same color not like in the picture where they were spaced out also not even the correct flowers that were in the picture I understand it sometimes flowers have to be substituted, but I thought that it just wasn't what I ordered Even though the flowers were fresh.

My flowers were to be delivered Friday and weren't delivered until Monday and then the bouquet was "similar" visibly not as nice. I won't use this company again!

I was disppointed that the flowers were not delivered on the date I had requested. Flowers are usually sent for a special occasion...not the next day.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
