Awful company. Only worried about their money. Ordered flowers 4 days in advance for a Saturday delivery, which never got delivered. After several calls and promises they finally reached out Tuesday (a week after I ordered the flowers) and told me they could deliver the flowers but I would have to pay another $30. I don't think that is how dissatisfied paying customers should be treated. Please be careful in using them or just don't use them.

I always place 2 orders for flowers my Mother and Step Mother.
Both of my recent orders for Mothers Day were placed on Friday,.I chose flowers based on Zip code for Saturday delivery.
Both set of flowers were not delivered until Wednesday. I understand that Mothers Day is the busiest day. I could understand a Monday delivery due to the volume but Wednesday delivery?
For the record I contacted another flower company on Tuesday their flowers were delivered on Wednesday as promised.

Sorry but I had to give three star because the flowers were delivered very late at night. I was expecting them to come a bit earlier during the day so I can travel with them to my event. That prompted me to go buy a bouquet of flowers to bring to the event. The flowers were delivered without a notification and just left at a front door.

I ordered over a $220 funeral spray that was SUPPOSED to be delivered YESTERDAY, Friday May 17,2024! So please tell me why the day of the Funeral am I just now getting a call that my order couldn't be fulfilled?! You left me with NO TIME to have a replacement sent out being that the funeral is in literally 2 hours! This is unacceptable and inexcusable! I should have been notified Thurs or even YESTERDAY the day they should have been delivered!
You left me high and dry, and to add insult to injury you wanted to only give me a $10 credit?! Insulting! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED! This is horrible management and customer service!

My daughter didn't get anything that even was close to the picture of the basket of flowers online. A peace lily with two roses stuck in it was delivered. Luckily the nice florist replaced the plant with a nice basket of flowers. On her order it was stated as a "flowering plant", which I did not order.

This order was for Mothers Day. I have just received notice that it was delivered today-the Friday after Mothers Day. The recipient is in a nursing home and disappointed that she didn't receive it on time as am I. I was repeatedly told it was going to be delivered the next day. I feel that I should be offered a refund.

I like the flower arrangements and have always been happy with the service. This time I ordered to BC and I couldn't place the order as the system didn't accept the postal code. Very frustrated. This postal code is in Canada post. I hope this can be fixed. I will order again from you.

Mother's Day order, upgraded size to medium choice, still a small bouquet in size considering price paid. Got a notice flowers were being substituted from bouquet chosen in pic. Delivery was the worst, rang my mother's doorbell at 10:10pm the day of delivery! Bouquet is average.

Your website stated same day delivery. I ordered within the time frame of delivery on Friday. I was informed by text that order would be delivered the next day. That didn't happen. Then was told it would be Monday. Totally disappointed!

Deliveries are available in most cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to make your Sunday delivery and time permits, we will deliver the gift on Saturday. If both Saturday and Sunday are not available in the recipient area, then we will deliver on Monday. Thank you.

I ordered flowers for my mother for mother's day, they were meant to be delivered the DAY BEFORE mother's day. Got an email that they were too busy and they'd be delivered on mother's day. Not an issue. Got another email Sunday evening that they would be delivered on Monday instead. On Monday evening, i got an email stating that they would be delivered on Tuesday...maybe. At that point i started calling and emailing. Never got a reply or call back. Couldn't speak to a person for the life of me. On Thursday morning, I got on their website and checked my order status, it said my order was cancelled and they would issue a refund within 1-4 days. All of this with ZERO communication on their part. Would NEVER recommend.

Thank you so much for delivering my flowers. My friend received them. It was a bit of a mixup on her end. She wasn't home and the delivery service left a note for her to follow-up. Could that same communication be delivered to me next time because I didn't get a delivery confirmation and was wondering what happened? Only after I put in an inquiry did the flower company ping the delivery service and the delivery service got in contact with the recipient and then the flowers were delivered. It all worked out in the end, though. Thank you for the beautiful display!

I sent you an email on my experience days ago. Flowers arrived on Tuesday, a day or so ahead of when I asked, and they looked great. Mom was pleased. She watered as usual but when she got up on Friday I believe they had died, didn't even last until Sunday, Mothers Day. I wont be ordering through you again if your flowers can't last atleast a week.

A Mother's Day gift for my mom. She said they were beautiful but the flowers were packed in the vase so tight she couldn't get the wilted roses out to transfer them to another vase without messing it up. I will continue to buy flowers for her from here.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
