Do not purchase from them all gear I ordered (thankfully only 3 dresses) were not linen nor cotton but polyester dyed to look like the beautiful embroidery the images online appeared to represent. Returns policy crap - do your research with online reviews on just fashion now, they are crap!
I know you're wondering... are these negative reviews from complainers? No. The products from this site are genuinely garbage. Colors and materials are nothing like the pictures shown and the sizing? Ha! Not even close. Save your money. No really- SAVE YOUR MONEY. You won't be happy with your order and you won't be able to return it without incurring additional cost. They'll offer you a 15% discount so you can have items altered- as if that is the most significant problem. It's almost funny how bad these products are.

I made a purchase but it has never been delivered. They indicate you a tracking system shows a one (1!) missing delivery which obviously it is never happened as I was always at home. After a several attempts to contact them, they just says to deal with the courier by yourself without any further support.

This is a scam company based in China who do FAKE advertising and fake reviews of themselves. The are poor quality items, made cheaply and take months to get. They have no refunds and make you send items back to China at your expense, then claim they never received them. Will never refund. 0 stars

This company is selling merchandise at clothing sizes that are cut very small to actual size which means an XXL fits like a Medium. When trying to return items, you are required to ship back to an international address which may entail additional shipping costs and fees. Items appear to have been shipped from within the US per the address I used on packaging but was returned to me because the address was not valid, so I wasted approximately $13.70 in shipping cost. You are required to send back overseas. This is unacceptable from a consumer perspective.

Don't be fooled by the pictures that are posted! I ordered 8 different items, and every one of them is poor quality, sizes are incorrect, the material is very cheap and almost transparent and the colours are not representative of what is on the website. I contacted them for a return. They responded very quickly, but only to tell me that it would be very expensive to mail back, and would take a very long time before I received the difference. Do NOT buy from this company. There are lots of other places that you can get inexpensive, but decent quality clothes.
Sub standard quality of products! Brought two pairs of shoes from them. Didn't fit right and certainly looked no where near as good on line as did when received. There is absolutely no arch support in shoes. I thought I was buying from American company these are shipped from China and are poorest made. Don't waste your money! No returns

After waiting an age for my items, I was disappointed to see that they bore no resemblance to the website photos which I suspect came from European or American fashion magazines. The items used cheap fabrics and were badly cut! The dresses in the photos were obviously cut on the bias and had a flow to them. They also used quality materials. My kids' school uniforms have more style. Returning for a refund will be a nightmare and I was warned I would have to pay any customs charges. The alternative - a 15% credit to buy more of their crap. NO!

Have just finally received 'half' of the order I placed 5 weeks ago. As with most reviews on this site, I wish I'd looked for reviews before wasting money and the environment. What I have received doesn't look anything like the picture I ordered from. The fabric is very thin and certainly doesn't fall like the picture. As a sewer, I know even washing isn't going to help. The shoes are a lot smaller than the size they say they are. This experience has been a lesson on online shopping. Look for reviews before completing an order.

I purchased 6 clothing items, shoes and 2 bracelets. Not one item was as described or pictured in the photos. The clothing was not cotton as described and the sizing was huge! The fabric was of very poor quality. Not one clothing item had a tag with material content and washing instructions. Beware! They advertise free returns but make it impossible to return-you require tracking to return to China at your own expense! They may offer a small compensation to keep the items. I wish I had read the company's reviews before ordering (not the reviews on their website- I doubt they are real). I will warn on any platform available so that others do not fall into this trap. I agree with other reviewers. This is the worst experience of false advertising I have seen. The "linen/cotton" dresses were cheap lightweight polyester and looked NOTHING like the pictures. They also did not have the required federal mandatory fabric content labels. They said I can return but must pay for return shipping- which is higher than the $168 dollars I paid for the dresses. Then they offered to refund 20% of my total purchase price if I did not bother to return. I now notice many of their reviews are very fake. I reported them to the FTC for no fabric labels and false advertising. These dresses are going to Goodwill.

Their sweaters look great in the photos. What you will actually get is not a knitted sweater but a cheap polyester cardigan with the pattern printed on it. Thankfully my credit card will likely back me on this as 'm sure it will cost more to return it to China than I paid for it. Photo of what I received versus what they advertise.

Don't be fooled by the great photos. The clothes are nothing like the photos. The quality is disgusting and the company know it - why else would they offer discount when you ask to return them. You'd have to pay me to keep them. To top it all my return has supposedly been stuck in Chinese customs for almost 6 weeks and the company will do nothing about it - I suppose it saves them making a refund. Total con.

Worst company on the planet. They'll take your money and have no interest in whether your product ever gets delivered. If it does, know that it will take two or more months to receive it since it appears that all of their products ship from Asia and then sit in US Customs for weeks/months. You're wasting your money if you buy anything from this corrupt company.

This is another company that writes their own reviews-I can see it in their wording. I'm from Canada. I called to ask if items can be returned to North America. I don't often shop outside of Canada, and here is a perfect reason why. They shipping address they gave me to return is in China. Can you image the amount of gas and petro to ship two items across the ocean, and then be returned to China. So it cost for two items $42.00 and to return to China way more. So then they offer you %25.00 off to keep the items. Wake up people. Cheap is a reason. Think about the planet you live on. Not some people living in China who pay their employees $1.00 an hour, and then ship things across the ocean. Total liars on where items should be returned. Total scam. Let's see if this review goes through. I bet it doesn't.

Buyer Beware! If items don't fit or are wrong, you have to return them to China which costs more to send than if the items & can include customs costs! The products I received were all too small & didn't correspond with the sizes/measurements given on each item. Nothing fit out of 5 items! Materials were not as advertised & cheap... the pictures are very misleading. So very disappointed & disgusted with their customer service.

None of the items I received look like the photos shown on line. Not even the right fabric content. I went back to Just Fashion's website to post a review to warn others and that option has been disabled. I will never again not check site jabber first before placing an order with a company I have not dealt with in the past.

I ordered rhinestone sandals for my daughter to wear at her wedding reception. I placed the order in Sept. It took over 2 months to receive. When they arrived, the bottom was peeling off. We thought, ok, well, you will never see the bottom. Then my daughter tried to put them on. The top strap is HUGE! Big enough to fit an elephant's foot! There is no way she could wear these. When I contacted customer service, I was told by "Yuri" that we could return the item but would be responsible for shipping - which we discovered is over $23 to Japan! The shoes cost $25! We were also given the option to keep the shoes and be refunded 20%. Wow! 5 bucks for a product that we can't even donate to Goodwill! I contacted Yuri again and after 3 days have not received a response. We will chalk this $25 up to experience. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Ordered 5 items in early Nov, still waiting for one. They won't refund me. All items are inferior to those in photos. The gloves in photo give you an idea.

The one star is for the fact that they actually ship something. The pictures and item description are misleading at best and you certainly don't get what you thought you ordered. I've given my items to friends who recycle things for costumes. Lesson learned!

They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
