JustFab pulled me in on their offer of 2 pairs of shoes for $39.95. This was a great deal, but I later decided that I couldn't afford $40 a month. Yes, they do automatically charge your card at the beginning of every month, BUT they give you the option to skip any month when you need to. I have done this a few times due to a tight budget for the month. I have never had any problems with them AT ALL!
After several calls to cancel my account and membership, I finally called the credit card company to decline any transaction from Just Fab. I've been told for each month for 6 months that my account was cancelled and the charge shows up on my statement. BEWARE of Just Fab, horrible customer service. Each time you call you waste 30 minutes of your life that you can never get back, and my blood pressure goes up!
Most dis-organized; un-functional operations ever. Ordered my first pair of shoes from here but received the wrong colour (there was a choice of two) I processed the exchange thinking was just an innocent mistake, only to receive the same, wrong colour again. And again. And again. I phoned customer services to explain how appalling this was; the promised to make sure the correct pair was sent the next time, and offered me a 20% discount code for the trouble; yet when the package arrived, it was the wrong colour yet again. This happened three times, until the colour I wanted, had ordered and paid for ran out. SO unimpressed. So ridiculous; and such a simple thing to correct. Never buying from here again.
I was so unhappy that i was tricked into a vip membership that pulls money off your card every month glad i read the fine print after my order was placed then it took forever to get someone on the phone to cancel it never shop through here again

Do you know how to read?! Seriously? Read the terms and service before complaining, the money was not even stolen it was just converted into a member credit that you can still use to make a purchase, it is still yours. Duh! I bought a few tops, pants and a bag from them - I have been a VIP member for the past six months. I am happy with the quality - they ship quite fast (a few days), and it arrives in less than a week. I just wish they have more variety - my size is always sold out when I want to order (I am a popular size, 9 for shoes, and S for clothes, but still). The most annoying part is that you have to remember to cancel the style of the month at the beginning of each month, or they send it to you automatically. I forgot to cancel last month, but I noticed they charged my VISA on time for them to refund my money.

Everybody complaints about a lengthy Terms and Conditions stating that nobody reads it to which in fact it has provided before placing an order a fine print to tell about how VIP Works in a very clear, straightforward and leighman's term manner that there MAY BE a charge or otherwise SKIP if you don't want to make a purchase. It is so sad to read a lot of bad reviews provided by people who does not even care how to read and know about it better and take note they have 24/7 CSR to help you fully understand how it works for those who have low IQ. It's predictable that there are situations that were least to what we expect but nevertheless can be resolved by means of being so cooperative. And oh btw, Justfab is not a membership it's a fashion subscription rather wherein the concept is same to take it or leave it or to buy or not and skip. Let me tell you what, I have been charged but that was not pocketed by Justfab and it was converted into a credit which can be used in your later purchase and if you don't want it for now then you can ask for a refund. Simple as that! No need to argue. CSR (Fashion Consultants as they call it) are superb and is very knowledgeable about the product, they're fantastic and easy to deal with, it's just about a matter of respect and cooperation. Sometimes we are becoming very arrogant unknowingly thought that CSRs have hearts too. Before we end, let me ask you? How can a business continue (Especially here in US) if they are SCAM and there are CELEBRITY NAMES attached to it? Did you ever hear celebrities who are ambassadors of this business complained? I bet none!. Anyway, Justfab was Superb and is truly amazing. I just couldn't thank them for giving us branded shoes at a very affordable price and has been endorsed by a celebrity. How about giving them a try? If it ain't work then leave and go. If you feel dissatisfied about the service? Let them know, they have ears who knows how to listen and might we think they'll try to give us something we never thought.

2 YEARS ago I ordered form just fab they were taking money out of my account for over 6 month's. My bank was only able to refund 2 month's of the fees. They still owe me $120, I call in ever month and am told something different by each sales representative I speak with. They don't usually let you speak to management, and say its 8 to 12 week process, but I never get my check. They have used every excuse in the book, I am starting to wonder if I will ever get my money back. It shouldn't take 2 years to get in contact with my bank, or figure out my address, which has not changed, and instead all I am left with is excuses and getting hung up on every time I call. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM HERE, BAD QUALITY AND A BIG SCAM!

I've tried on multiple occasions to try and talk to customer service about cancelling my membership and they REFUSE to do it. I finally had to call my bank and have them block any withdrawals from this company and they said that I was not the first person to complain about this horrid site. The shoes aren't what's bad about this company, its the customer service and the lack of knowledge that they give you before you choose to be a VIP member.

Very unsatisfied without my knowledge when u order from this website u are automatically agreeing to become a monthly v. i. p member the box is automatically checked for u. With or without purchasing item my account has been charged for months I had to call and cancel but did not get a refund. I am very disappointed as I work hard for my money and do not like giving it away for free.

I ordered a pair of booties bc it was "National Bootie Day" (which is everyday for Just Fab) and they were only $15. I thought I was getting a great deal until $39.95 was charged to my account the following month! Not to mention, the booties that I got KILLED my feet and the heels on them broke within the first hour of wearing them! I immediately called and demanded a refund and canceled my account. The customer service was great but other than that, Just Fab is a complete scam. Do not order from here!
I got sucked in to the promotion of getting my first pair of shoes half off or something like that. This is beside the point, but, the shoes absolutely SUCK. They are so cheaply made. Anyways... Somehow I got signed up for the "VIP membership" where they take out $40 from your account every month and put it towards a credit for a pair of shoes. Well... Somehow I missed that fact and that is my fault. HOWEVER, I called to cancel/get my money back and the person said I couldn't have my money back. They also stated over and over that the membership is "FREE".

When I realized I was being charged $39.95 a month without my consent and without receiving any merchandise for 17 months I felt completely taken advantage of. I had never consented to being signed up for a "VIP" program in which they automatically charge my credit card without giving any notice, any emails, any confirmation of purchase whatsoever. This completely slipped past me just as I believe your company hoped it would. Pretty terrible thing to do to people. The woman who helped me on the phone was very nice and polite however she was only able to "help" me redeem my lost funds for the last 12 months because after this period of time the "purchases" go to a "gift card center" Rfidiculous to have to now deal with two different people to resolve the fraudulent charges made to my credit card. After being taken advantage of, the last pitch I wanted to hear was how you were going to rectify the situation by giving me 20% off my next purchase. What a complete joke! I called your "gift card department" and they were useless. Unable to offer me any help at all except to "stay fabulous" and to "offer me the gift card I had waiting" I informed the gift card department I would be filing a claim for fraudulent charges that I had no awareness of. To which the lady on the phone could have cared less! What a great company. Super stellar principles you all seem to employ within your company. I would never recommend this company to anyone to be taken advantage of for a sub-par product. This company gets an F-.

The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
