Bought the "10 oz at spot price" package and 3 silver eagles as Christmas presents. Packaging was excellent... secure, discreet, would've been very easy to tell if anyone had tampered with it. My package fit in a standard, at-the-curb mailbox, so would've been out of site and probably ok all day if I had not been home to retrieve it immediately.

I don't buy typical numismatics, proofs, collector's pieces, etc., as I can't justify the premium for those types of pieces. That being said, I would've liked to have had more variety in the 10 oz package, but given that it was sold at spot price, I'm not inclined to argue. (Perhaps I misread the description and inadvertently gave myself false hopes.) The ten rounds were all of the Indian head/buffalo design from Sunshine and in great shape as far as I could tell. The silver Eagles all came in their own sleeve to protect them during shipping and also looked great. Thanks, JM Bullion.

This website has always been one I have kept my eye on for purchasing silver. I was hesitant at first, but decided to give it a try, and wow, so happy I went ahead with my order. I will definitely purchase more from JM Bullion, and would recommend everyone give them a chance, you wont be disappointed. Every time I make a purchase through JM I am completely happy. Order confirm shipping info and recieved confirmation in email every time. 1 coin or multiples of bars. Makes you feel like they were checking as if it were going to them.

I have been purchasing from JM Bullion for over a year. Recent updates to their payment processing for bitcoin payments have caused all sorts of problems. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn't. I had to make several attempts to go through the check out process before I was able to actually get the whole process to complete. It empties your shopping cart, the bitcoin invoice never shows up, it won't take the QR code or copy and paste from my wallet. Very painful. They really need to fix this ongoing problem.

JM is a quality company. They care for their clients and respond very promptly. I have had only 2 shipping issues with many past shipments. They promptly responded and fixed the problem without hesitation. As my financial means allow, I will continue to purchase from JB, they are on my "speed dial".

I may not use ups rather USPS as ups ignored my instructions & told me they saw no record of my request, even though the record is still on my ups account, but the products were great and packaged well. I've ordered many times from JM they are my favorite metals vendor, however, the Welsh dragon looks black on the site & is rather monotone. I can't even get a shadow to cast the same as the website picture.

Great 1st step to invest in silver. Will be wanting to use the lower spot price, (check/wire) next time. Also like the free ship over $99. Had already decided to not purchase any less amount than that. So far good customer service by following up on order. Had ordered silver from a different company before. Have yet to hear from them at all. Yes, I did receive my order from them. Just would have been good to have them at least inquire. As your company has. Do believe I'll be a returning customer.
