All my orders to date have been a good experience.
I still will not place a larger order since most times UPS just lays it on the front porch.
The last two were delivered by Fed-x and hey did ask...well maybe...I went out before they rang the bell.

Order came as expected, some wear on coin. My son was impressed by the size of the "giant quarter" its odd that it asks for 100 word comments or more so this last sentence is just fluff so i can hit submit.

I have been buying from JMBullion for a very long time. They are my exclusive source because of their fast response and the fact that I am completely at ease regarding security and discretion with them. No gimmicks or false promotions.

Good selection of coins, easy payment options, prices seem reasonable. Does take awhile to ship after they have been paid, a week or longer. Use USPS which in my area is terribly unreliable so I spend extra $5 to ship UPS. Overall satisfied.

My JM order came a little late but that was expected. It was package very well. Coins and small bars were individually packaged in plastic sleeves for protection. Overall I prefer JM over other bullion dealers. Thank You

Received 20 bars of silver and didn't know each bar would have a protective cover on it. That's so great. So far have not been disappointed, Still waiting on my pre-sale order that is suppose to ship out in 3 days,

Yes the coins are BU grade as advertised... however even though I don't mind a few spots or bag marks, one coin has large finger print marks which are permanently etched on the obverse and sides. It looks like someone was eating chicken wings while handling it. Not happy about that and am seriously reconsidering going back to APMEX despite slightly higher prices.

First time ordering any physical - easy website, straight-forward order processing and excellent tracking from origin to my door. They are but more pricier on their private silver rounds but usually can't be beat when it comes to their govt issued coins from around the world. All products came in perfect condition and exactly what I ordered. Shipping was free. If it's free it's for me.
