JibJab

People don't use Jibjab, they just charged me on my old card from 2018 when I haven't even used Jibjab since 2018. I've just had to report them for fraud. Scam artists.

I thought I was signing up for a month because the ad said 3$ a month and it charged me for a year. Deceptive advertising is not good business practice.

This company's customer service team is first rate. They responded to my inquiry within hours and resolved my concern immediately. I was very impressed as it is difficult to find companies these days that respond so efficiently and without hesitation.

Site and cards was a lot of fun. Things change and I stopped using JibJab a couple years ago and forgot that it was on auto renew. Discovered this yesterday and went to contact them this morning. They already had provisions to request a refund online. Within hours I received a email informing me that the refund had been processed and per my request the account was cancelled.

I had realized that my subscription had auto renewed. I didn't intend to renew it. Jibjab is fun. So I sent a request for a refund and in less than 5 minutes, they confirmed refund! Great customer service.

I signed up for JibJab to send one of their videos and loved what they offered, but had forgotten I'd agreed to an ongoing subscription. So when I was billed for another period, I asked to cancel and get a refund. JibJab responded immediately, put through the cancellation and made the refund. I am impressed by their promptness and their professionalism. Thank you, JibJab.

Your customer support is really excellent! I wrote a couple of days ago saying that in the coming new year I'm going to be retired, so I'd like for the moment being to unsubscribe. I did not intend to be fully refund as by now my subscription had just been renewed, but I was kindly emailed by Renee, who wrote I'd be fully refunded in the next 3/5 working days.

EXTREMELY entertaining, customizable videos for all occasions! AND, in addition, SUPERIOR customer service. Jib Jab lives up to their promises, and if there is ever a situation to be resolved, they have real human beings - rather than robots - to assist customers. I am truly impressed with their integrity, and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to put smiles on their loved ones and clients.

I have been a Jib Jab patron for three years. I was excited to see the newer and higher quality videos appear recently until I tried one. The head control just went from being acceptable to trying to fit everyones head into an egg shape. That would work if everyone was a bald man but for everyone else it sucks! If you look at these newly edited heads they have a large white gap around them and look worse then what I could do with traditional scissors and tape. This was done to try and make editing easier for mobile devices because I guess customers with small devices are unable to move a few points around. At the very least there should be an option. I will not be renewing because getting a worse end product is not worth my money.
