Living in a senior community it's been great fun showing seniors just how young they are by putting them into dance and song videos. Also using it now to send to my grandchildren pictures of their grandparents living it up.

Easy to look at choices, easy to take one out and having it sent, thank you for your easy handling and perfect working programme! Will soon send more of these funny sometimes ironical or comic issues. Go on and create more of them, I personally prefer ads with a bit of so called black humor like "The Simpsons" e.g.! Due to a small misunderstanding, jibjab cancelled my renewal, instead of cancelling the automatic renewal. So they gave me three months free! What a nice unexpected bonus! Plus their products are GREAT!

I thought there would be more song choices including Happy Birthday,
Congratulations, etc. I did not know it was regular songs with the words written at the end. They are still fun cards, just now what I expected.

Have been a member for several years until I accidentally cancelled automatic renewal but quickly joined again. My friends love receiving jib jabs and I enjoy selecting them. They make people laugh and brighten up a dull day. Would recommend.

My nephew, a surfer and academic, just returned from Indonesia where he wore the locals "Skirts". This birthday greeting of "him" wearing the genie outfit and surfing on the flying carpet was providentially perfect in many ways

These are fun and looking forward to sending several cards through the year. I just wish there was more control mixing the number of people on each card. For example, if five and you only want to put in four faces, otherwise happy with the site.

Obviously, more new options each year for holiday-specific cards (e.g. Father's Day) would be better, but the ability to so easily customize a card has me coming back every holiday to make more of these for my friends and family.

Great idea and finished product was good, instructions were a bit hard to follow sometimes so it took a long time to complete, didn't get a name in the birthday message. Not sure if we missed that step.

I was unaware of auto-renewal. Once charge came through on statement I contacted JibJab via internet. They promptly resolved the issue and issued a refund back to my credit card. I appreciate the no-hassle quick response. Thank you

Top range customer service. Very helpful. Great fun. We did the whole thing in the end by showing family headed videos which got people really together and really laughing at themselves and other members. This worked for young to older people Money well spent

We had a lot of fun on Christmas Day making movies for our family members and friends. The only problems we had were random broken up web pages as if the mobile page would load when you clicked to view the movie or customize.

Not only is Jibjab the easiest way for me to get a friend laughing in 60 seconds, or amaze my 6 year old buddy with a video full of his faces, it's just been so easy to open an account, send things and get support help when you need it. I'm into 'easy' these days and this is great amusement from the comfort of my couch!

I have been knowing JibJab since ages. This Easter, despite the self-isolation, I reached my family with a nice card that made them laugh and I'm very grateful for this. Also, the customer service is amazing. Highly recommended!

Reliable honest and lots of fun. They responded immediately when I wanted to cancel my subscription and w/o question reimbursed my bank account. You have easy access to your information. Excellent price for the service. Well worth it.
