I put a review on here last week because of the terrible service I had received. Long story short. I bought a ring, had it resized it turned my daughters finger green and I wanted a refund. Was told no several times. Sandra call me yesterday and we had a very nice conversation and she refunded me the cost of the ring. I ordered a necklace for a Cmas gift, and it arrived in plenty of time for the holiday. It was also a very pretty piece of jewelry. My daughter loved her necklace but wanted the chain shortened. We sent it back for free service. Working with the customer service dept was very easy. They are very professional. You will not be disappointed with the quality nor service from this company.
