Has everything I am always looking for including a easy to use financial service. This company was very reliant when I needed a ring resized. I have gotten two rings and a necklace from them. Very nice of them to send a free gift every time! I enjoy buying form this company

I have ordered a few items and have found the quallity to be very good! Lost a stone from my ring and it was replaced easily and without hassle, and have had NO other issues or problems. Other items purchased were beautiful and lived up to the pictures. I am very happy with the items that I have ordered in the past and looking forward to receiving my next purchase!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the necklaces that I am getting my wife. I LOVE HER SO MUCH! We are going to California on Friday so my son will receive it for me while we are gone. I am excited about what we are getting ready to do and when we get home it will be here!

I like everything thus far but Placing the order it kept still. I needed the right ASAP and due to this problem Im no longer getting it sooner on the 2nd its so Frustrating.
My son brought me a bracelet from this company, with it I received a necklace (which incdiently was broken on the clasp) when I reported it to them they dispatched another one which I received very quickly from a post mark in Edinburgh! And less than two months later one of the stones fell out of the bracelet, I reported it to the company and had to pay £12.00 for the cost of returning it to them from repair, they did agree to cover my costs up £12.00 for returning it, it then cost me a further £7.95 to pay to the post office return it to them which incidentally again was in Edinburgh. They have agreed to reimburse me the £7.95 however it has still cost me £12 for them to post it back to me.
I do not understand why if items were posted to and from Edinburgh why I incurred the £12 and I'm afraid am really disappointed with this company - would not recommend
The first time I wrote a review Jewlr marked my honest review as spam. I never write reviews, bad reviews at that but I felt I had to, at least try to save many people from the same issue. My boyfriend bought me a ring from here. When the ring got here it was beautiful 3 days later the "genuine gems" turned black (they charged us extra for these stones because we didn't want the simulated stone). I requested a return they sent me the information to return the ring. They agreed the stones shouldn't have turned. I returned it and 2 months later they got back to me. They said they were going to refund me but they were going to charge me 25 precent processing to melt down the ring etc. so a ring that we paid $300 for we were only going to get back $190. I even asked to exchange the ring and they would only give me $190 credit towards another ring. Their return policy says if we are not happy they will gladly accept our returns for a full refund. The return policy is directly on their site. They refused to honor that even though it doesn't state anything about the processing fee. So now they still have the ring and we are out of $300. It really hurt my feelings to not be able to wear the ring my boyfriend bought me. What a terrible experience. We will never do business with this company again. Lesson learned.

This was a very easy site to use lots of customizing options for your jewelry I'll have to wait till item arrives to know for sure just how great it looks
Overall i give the site a rating of 6, & find that on the higher end without being able to actually see, feel, wear the merchandise which was purchased.
You can choose the price you want to pay by choosing your own quality of the stones you choose, excellent.
Very easy to use and fun. I also liked the 3d view. And all the options were very very nice. But this long review sucks like crazy.

Answer: Hi Eri We have both genuine and simulated stones. All genuine stones are unique and come in various colors. Some are lighter than others and, depending on the stone, some will have more inclusions. They are also very difficult to photograph and accurately depict on a website Simulated stones are created in labs so they wont have the same variations of a genuine stone.
