I had the same experience as the reviewer that was charged at the initial click of the button ( total order) and then again each time the items were shipped... one item for 8.00 was on back order so until that shipped I continued to pay double... it has already been 1 week and still waiting! When dealing with customer service they were not helpful and rude... they simply could do nothing not even cancel the items on back order! I am going back to Amazon and never leaving...
I officially love jet.com - purchased my baby an item from the website not only was this the cheapest place I found it but I received a discount for using my debit card, a discount for opting out of free returns, and an additional 15% off because it was one of my first three purchases; then I also got free shipping. I ended up getting an item that was over $50 everywhere else for just 30 bucks, it shipped quickly and I got it a day earlier than it was scheduled to arrive. The item had no issues, came with everything it was supposed to and was well packaged. I had read reviews before using this site and a lot of them were negative but I'm so glad I gave them a shot anyway! Jet, you definitely just gained a new customer
Found a patio umbrella that was significantly less expensive on jet.com. I ordered it and the delivery came quickly this Saturday. Good quality and no problems. I would order from Jet.com without hesitation in the future.
Placed several orders with Jet and was very satisfied. The orders came on time, and everything I ordered was as described. For certain items, like home supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc., the price drops a little depending on the quantity you order. If you download the Jet app, they have promotions for new customers. For example, I got 15% off everything I bought in my first 3 orders. I am a big Amazon shopper, but will buy from Jet when they have a better price.
I am trying to find a website where I can post a complaint about Jet.com. I will NEVER purchase from this website again! I made a purchase and about 35 minutes later I found the item cheaper on another website. I tried to cancel my order online but could not, so called. I was told that they have a 30 minute (yes minutes - I'm not kidding) time frame after you place your order to cancel. Now I have to wait for the order to arrive and then return it. Ridiculous!
I would have given the full 5 stars but I do believe that they need to adjust a few areas.
Their customer service is superb. I have a slight issue (not even an issue, it was more of a concern/question) after I purchased my groceries from them the first time. I had a total amount spent, let's just say $150, which I saw come off my card but then the next few days I was seeing $10, $3, $26, etc. So I contacted them, as nobody wants to be double - triple charged for anything. The customer service representative fully explained the situation to me and then kept in touch with me through email the days following until everything evened out.
When the products came, and it was fast, all the cold items were packaged nicely and kept chilled. I also have no issues with the boxed items/cans because they were packed nicely. My one complaint and the reason why they received a four-star is that I ordered a case of water (which I figured would come in its own box) but unfortunately, it came in a huge box with a case of soda and on top of those two items a bunch of cans and other pantry items that made the box extremely heavy. It was so heavy that the delivery driver left it at the end of the driveway instead of the door this time. My then boyfriend (now fiance) was upset and told me to never order drinks from them again, which I haven't, and I haven't had any other issues with them since.
Ordered a motion light for a on the site and received just a light cover in a box. Customer service agent at first accused me of miss reading Description of item but then acknowledge the listing was a error and sent a return label. That part I can understand mistakes happen, but then Im told that I have to wait for them to get the item back and inspect it, then 10-14 days from then Ill get my money back. This has to be the worst refund policy ever. Ive ordered many things from amazon and if there is a issue they credit you your money back once they see you shipped the item back not up to 20 days later like Jet. I thought Id give Jet a try and sincerely regret doing so. If they have any hope of competing against amazon they need to step up their customer service and reduce the ridiculous refund wait time.
I wrote a review at another site about them being a crappy Amazon fake, packages delivered full of dust, damaged packages, not same as described and they had the nerve to find my email and write me a complaint! I researched them further and found they are a scam website, look it up yourself. I advise all newcomers to stay away from Jet, Amazon can be a pain sometime with that add-on crap but at least I have never been tracked down and sent nasty email for my honest option LOL
I ordered Pampers sensitive and they are fake. It's really hard to see the difference but I found it after my little one woke up wet all over body a couple of times. Now I'm trying to return my shipment and they are giving me a hard time... I will never buy anything from that site. I'm sure it's a knock off from China.
I got what I orders pretty fast My problem is with the delivery co. Plain white van drove up dropped the package on the front lawn and drove off. Didn't even bother to signal that the package was there. Not very customer friendly.
JET is horrible. Dont waste your time with this company Amazon is much better. They are trying to compete with Amazon and are a horrible. The savings they claim you save by buying in bulk is not true. Plus they make you pay annually for this crap service! They cancelled my order without emailing or calling me. Stay far away from this company.
Ordered 90 dollars worth of stuff, and my first package came in 2 days as stated. Very easy website to use and very good prices. I will definitely do a LOT of shopping with them. I recommend to anyone...
I did my first order with Jet. Love their prices and the options you can choose with them to save a few pennies. If you pay with a debit card, you save a little. If you opt out of a free return, a few more cents come off, etc. I also had a $10 off coupon so that was great! Quick shipping! Found what I was looking for. Very new but it's been great so far!
Placed order fully with credit card and then they sent email welcoming me to their site etc. No confirmation? A few days later I check and the order is mysteriously not in the order history yet in the shopping cart.
I am shocked and click place order as it shows my credit card # is there.
I get an email later saying the order was placed with a 5% higher price than my original order.
They emailed me back after I complained saying their price fluctuate in real time and they are not responsible.
My card was charged almost $500 even though they say they only charge when about to ship. After the expected date of delivery had past they cancelled my order sailing that due to limited stock that the item was unavailable. So basically I lent them $500 for 2 weeks.

Package of two extremely heavy table (even for a big man) was delivered to the curb.
As a single woman, I had no help and to hire two guys to put the tables inside the house. Thus, the price go double for me.

Purchased an item on web site 05/may/17. Never received confirmation email. Spoke to customer service said item was cancelled due to lack of inventory. Looked at website still selling item. Never received confirmation email order was cancelled. This occurred on 11/may/17.3:00 am on 12/may/17 website removed amount of product previously ordered from bank account. Contacted said website that evening questioning them. They stated never was removed and to see my bank for identity theft. I was upset extremely. Went to my bank and went through the identity theft recovery of my funds. Needless to say it was an all around bad business purchase I ever had. I feel website is not secure because after first customer service phone call hours later they took the same amount of the original purchase. All around customer service stinks and still selling item on web site when customer service says not in inventory. NEVER WILL SHOP AGAIN.
Just received my third order from them. Shipping was free with orders over $35, which is not too bad. First 3 orders are discounted by 15% too! Delivery was extremely quick (1 to 2 days) and I love the variety. I love how the more you add to your cart, the more you save. I had a tiny issue with my first order, the color was different than what I was expecting. I called customer service, spoke with a live person, who apologized and checked on the issue for me. They gave me a full refund for my item, let me keep it, and they were so sweet! I didn't even mind being on hold, because they keep you waiting with some funny bits. I love them!
Found the tanning lotion I fell in love with at the salon that was nearly $80 for under $25... was shipped to me for free and took less than 4 days! Lotion is exact same and was reassured as it still had the plastic sealing on it, would recommend to anybody
Their customer service is great and if anything breaks replacements (and regular packages too) arrive fast. The only point of contention I have is that their password setting is so ridiculously high that I have to come up with a password I can never remember. Their 'request reset' button doesn't work, so I end up making a new account almost every time I shop and I am running out of email addresses!
