Was looking for a hard to find stamp from Prima and found it at Jet, I thought. Picture showed the stamp I wanted and so did the title. Delivery not up to Amazon's standards - several missed dates by Jet - but item did arrive. Wrong item arrived that is. Lengthy discussion with Jet's customer service but did get authorization to return. Returned item but it took several weeks before my refund was credited. Don't think Jet has this whole order process down pat. Will think long and hard before placing another order. Just not worth the hassle.
Ordered almost $400 worth products. An hour later, I looked at my emailed receipt I noticed the shipping address was my old house. Called customer service, spoke to 3 agents, was told they couldnt change it, I needed to wait until it showed "shipped" and call FedEx. Called FedEx and was told only the shipper could change the delivery address. Called jet.com back, woman told me she could not get in touch with the their warehouse because it was late in the evening (Their warehouse that just processed my order to ship). She went on to say once past 30 mins after your order they cannot cancel or change it. I informed them FedEx will leave the boxes outside, there's a good chance someone will take them. Asked for a manager, manager told me they need to deliver the items to the address and see they are delivered before they can do anything. Had I ordered with Amazon, I could've saved myself an hour on the phone and a major headache. Do yourself a favor, just use some other company.
We have placed a couple of orders for Blue Buffalo canned dog food. I will say the price is right & it arrived the NEXT day! BUT in my most recent order, 11 of the 36 cans are severely bent, damaged so that I am reluctant to use them. I really don't want to make my dog sick. The damaged cans must have been packed that way because the boxes they are packed in are totally undamaged. The first time I let it go because it was only 1-2 cans but I can't ignore 1/3 of the order. I wrote to them this AM to ask for a partial refund. We'll see what happens.
The authorization of funds is just terrible. They charge your card off the bat... then when they ship they charge you again? I do almost all my shopping online and I have never experienced this. So now I have to worry and check my account to make sure the authorization charge drops off? By the way I have already received my items in two shipments charged separately. Alas I still wait 5 days from purchase date while this authorization charge is pending. It's too bad, I liked the site and a few products were quite a bit cheaper than Amazon, but I'm afraid this is a deal breaker for me.
Placed my order at the end of November and part was supposed to arrive December 5-7,2016. Today is 12/8 and it's just now shipping. To save $5 is not worth it. Had to go to Walgreens and get small bottle of special eye drops while waiting for order.
I'll stick with Amazon.com
I ordered a bunch of food items, since I didn't feel like walking around a store. My hip was bothering me. One item came in a tiny box, and was fine. The rest, including a box of eggs; were put into the biggest box possible, with ice bags on top. The delivery man could not get the box out himself, so my husband helped him. The bananas were bruised, and my eggs broken. Both on bottom? Covered with other heavy items? Jet did give me back the money for the eggs; but their method of using one big box is stupid. I went back to Amazon, because I prefer their method of packaging. You just return the green bags they use. I might use Jet for items, that are not breakable, but no longer any fresh items.

While I am still wary of the company, they did deliver the item on time--I just didn't know it. They gave me the incorrect tracking number and it took two weeks for anyone to figure that out. There's also a little blame on the part of our service desk, since they were supposed to text me when a package arrives.
I still feel their customer service could use some tightening up. I felt tossed around, as I dealt with about twelve different CSRs. It's also a bit strange nobody thought to verify the tracking number.
Some products are priced well. It depends what you want. They also have some of my natural products I can't find on other sites. The customer service is nice and quick. My side with this site is that they use couriers sometimes and I don't know I'm ordering a courier item. I keep forgetting that they consistently wake me up between 8-9am on a weekend to hand me paper towels. If I want them to come later apparently they is 9.99 extra. Every time they wake me up I hate them. Waking people up at 8sm on a weekend to hand them paper towels is insane. Not using them again for this reason.
Been using Jet for nearly a year. I only order Jet-stocked merchandise, no outside vendors. Delivery time is amazingly fast, either next day or day after. Unfortunately, either Jet's or Ontrac's warehouse workers--or both--are incredibly rough on the boxes. It must be deliberate. Exploded cans of dog food, pulverized pasta sauce jars, smashed cat litter bags... you name it, they can destroy it.
Second issue is with debit card billing. They apparently think they're a gas station or a bar. They ALWAYS double charge for some of the merchandise for several days. This is, of course, to get interest $$ on that extra money. Very bad customer treatment.
I have been shopping at Jet since Nov 2015 and always enjoyed 2 day shipping. I am amazed how fast they ship. The prices are cheaper than Amazon which usually takes at least a week to ship. I had one small problem but customer service resolved this within an hour of my emailing them. I would tell everyone to give this young company a chance even though it is going through a few growing pains.
Love their business model. Don't know if their being owned by Walmart will change that, but over the past year, I have been thrilled to see those purple boxes at my door. If you saw how they wrap a bottle of salad dressing, you would have thought it was fine crystal. Love their prices and offerings. Especially for healthy items.
I love their instant savings feature. I've managed to score a few things for less than any in store or other online seller. They are the best for beauty/hygiene and storage containers, and the items arrive very quickly.
I'm not sure why all of these other people say jet is such a bad company. I have actually ordered from here multiple times and have always had really good customer service. My orders have always been received very early (usually within 3 days). I thought all prices were very reasonable. My shipping has always been free and all of my items have always been great quality. Honestly have no idea where all off these bad reviews are coming from but I liked their service so much I suggested it to a lot of my friends before reviewing this site. Sorry jet for all your bad reviews I love it!
I like Jet. I have bought household supplies & stable food items in bulk & saved money. I compare their prices on each item I buy with other sites. If it's cheaper or comparable I buy it. Your prices keep going down the more you add to your box. They often have good discounts to apply. You have to be careful though. Some items are great bargains & other items are way cheaper at my local store. So I shop very carefully with them & I think I am saving a lot of money & hassle. The convenience is great & their website is top notch & operated beautifully.
I've placed a few orders on Jet at this point, and I can't complain at all. They have awesome coupons available for first-time orders, and half the time their prices are better than Amazon (if the item is available through Jet, so far their catalog is comparatively limited). Shipping has so far been quick, which is impressive seeing as the items are more often than not shipped from a different supplier. I would recommend using this site.
I have order several times and the fast service is incredible, I ran into a situation where my shipment was stolen from my porch call them and no question asked and in 48 hours had everything replaced.
Great prices until you place your order and they charge you an additional 15 dollars per shipment in separate transactions. Even though they advertise free shipping. I was told that that is just how they do business and that the additional 45 dollars will be refunded in 3 to 5 business days after the initial payment goes through. What a scam. I already reported them to the better business Bureau and ftc. You guys should too.
I placed one order with them last year and haven't been on their site since. Today I was shocked by 2 emails stating my orders had been placed, which I did not do. I called them right away and they refused to cancel the orders. After reading other reviews on here, seems to be something they have done often. Someone needs to stop them from putting in fraudulent orders!
I had what I thought was a good coupon and deal... put 2 items in my cart and was feeling good about it. When I entered my zip code the price on each increased by $8! I will not be back. Thank you to other reviewers for helping save me the hassle!
Supervisor was not apologetic, very long winded -had to ask if I can talk. 2 CSR's reviewed my question thru email as I was charged twice for a product. I ordered 2 by accident in 2 minutes. Supervisor was not open to my suggestion to have an automated email sent with unique subject line to please confirm if you wanted to order 2 of this order- I like Amazon much better. So they've lost a customer over $57. Order - I order all the time from Amazon. They're loss.
