They went above what I expected. Very helpful and made sure my granddaughter would be pleased with her gift. It was delivered in time for the holidays. Highly recommend them. I received emails every step of the way. I live out of state and this was done on line. Exceptional service.

The bracelet I originally ordered for my girlfriend was canceled as it was not in stock(but the site should have prevented me from ordering). As a result of this, I ended up having nothing to present to her on the big day(Christmas)
After the bracelet mishap, I ordered two different rings for her to try. The one ring, after 2 hours started to turn her finger green. I'm unsure if the ring was real/or if the quality is poor. But regardless this has made for a terrible all-around experience.
