Shipping took a LONG time. Looks just as it does in the photo, but unless you're about 6 feet tall, it's way too long, and really can't be altered due to the stuffs. Sizing options were only size, not length, so be careful…..

Tried calling for a week at different times to get a return label. You only allow 14 days. Phone line busy 24/7 signal. One item was too big, the other not as appeared in picture. No problem with the quality, just return issue.

Took a long time to deliver (but it was Christmas). Once items had arrived they were nothing like what was shown on the photos. Poor quality, and looked cheap. Sorry IVRose, I won't be ordering again.

Customer service was great. I liked the fact that you have contacted me twice on finding out about my order. I will browse for further options but would appreciate if you could check quality of stitching before sending.

Absolutely awful not at all as described looked like a doctors coat really cheap tacky material I would have sent back but can't be bothered with the whole Process of it all so will never buy anything from you again false advertising

. no communication on delivery updates. Frustrating not knowing if or when the dress would arrive in time for my event. When an item is purchased it should be made clear that item is coming from overseas.

Quality good for the money but definitely sizing is a problem, ie short set: top huge and shorts small! I returned all items and will not order again as had to be subjected to various offers of discounts and to keep the items (why when they cannot be worn!) eventually got a refund albeit return postage deducted!

Even after measuring myself and spending hours trying to pick the correct sizes, the long delivery time really dims my anticipation for the lingerie line and then when received, doesn't fit or the pieces are so fragile, they create holes in the lace upon trying on. The site encourages you to buy many pieces for free shipping, but honestly, it's not worth it.

1 item was defective: buttons sewn on the wrong side of the cuff and the size was smaller than the other 2 blouses ordered. Seller repeatedly stated that returns/exchanges would be too costly so merely offered percentage refund - what I really wanted was a blouse I could wear but that didn't seem to be an option

Items I ordered are good quality but my order showed as waiting to be picked for over 2 weeks and nothing moved until I emailed to ask. Took almost a month to arrive which was not in time for my holidays as planned

The picture for my item was lovely however the actual item did not reflect this.
It was think cheap material, it came up really small so was not true to size.
I was gutted aa the product looked lovely on the website.
The product pictured below looks soft and almost fluffy. The product is actually quite rough and looks more like cotton. Compare this to the actual picture I have taken of my product and hopefully you will see the quality differences.

I bought a dress here.it looks so beautiful.and I like it very much.the payments so quickly. Deliveried quite fast. Their service is so good, cute. Cheapest prices, fastest delivery, perfect product condition, convenient payment methods, widest range of products... what more can one ask for from an online retailer? I got my favorite book for less than $2 delivered right to my doorstep within 18 hours, and it was nicely wrapped and in perfect condition.It is almost unbelievable

This review doesn't even deserve the 1 star but there was no option for 0. I spend over £130 on clothes from this site, none of which the items look anything like the photos. Very poorly made clothes, false advertising! When trying to return the goods, 5 different post offices refused to send the parcel back to the address provided. IVROSE offered to give me a 10% refund... so I've spent over £130 and will only receive £13 back?! They are an absolute joke. Do not waste your money!

The material is cheap, look's nothing like the product described, see through, the delivery time was absolutely terrible, even when purchased from other overseas businesses we have never waited for something this long, overall don't buy

This shop sells gently used items for a very good discount! And off season clearances are outstanding! (See, you can tell I love it because I was compelled to use exclamation points at the end of all my sentences.)

Okay purchase. Took a while to receive. But it's pretty. Just doesn't fit correctly for me. It's snug across my chest area. So if your boobs are bigger than a small c I'd go up a size. I have D and the other parts fit good.
