Bought two clear masks and they're not even the same as the picture. Both are HUGE and the hinges that join the face part to the ear loops are so different than the picture. They also DO NOT fit the same as the model at all. I have a small face like the model and it''s huge on me and my son as well. Also, the boxes came smashed and one had a huge scratch down the face shield part. Asking for a FULL refund. Also, this site doesn't let you unsubscribe from their mailing list. Usually the email as that option but I can't find it on the emails OR the website. That's illegal.

This is based in china and replicates other companies, the quality is crap if you even get your stuff. I got half my order AND it was made from bathing suit material... plus they are extremely small and you have to go up 3-4 sizes to find a fit. I should have done my research because there are a ton of awful reviews on face along with a list of buyer beware. Please do research of where these items are coming from and who is profiting from them.

Extremely poor quality of clothes and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They don't give you refunds u less the clothing is damaged even if it doesn't fit you tough, they will offer a 40% refund. Ridiculous way to run a business

Ordered 2 dresses blouse and side tie top. Nothing at all like the pictures. Cheap extremely poor fabric and poorly made. Blouses do not fit even thou order xx. Dresses don't even have hems just cut material. Contacted on live chat and was offered five dollar refund which had to be spent with them within a week. Utter joke. Utter $#*!. Paid with credit card and will get a refund from them die to shoddy goods. This is a genuine review. Please please do not buy from this utter crap company. Nothing looks like the pictures and it is the cheapest of the cheap.

Poor description of some items. Really enjoyed other items. The halter type blouse was a very big disappointment as was the leopard one. There is no invoice in the packaging and no instructions on return/refund. In this day and age, undoubtedly disappointing and frustrating. Although the items are reasonable, once you receive it seems as if you're stuck with them. This combined with inaccurate descriptions will keep me from purchasing further products.

I am a single mum of 4 children, just got made redundant from my job. After paying all bills and getting necessary things for children I had £50 and decided to finally get something new to wear as all my clothes old and had holes in. First time being able to get anything for myself in years. Was so excited for purchases to arrive and was a massive disappointment. Clothes nothing like in picture just a cheap imitation of what is shown. Very poor quality clothing and tiny! Falsely advertised, I wish I had read these reviews first, please do not waste your money!

I am officially done with knowingly buying products from China. I am ok with purchasing from American companies that have goods made in China where you can return them when there is an issue. I am tiered of the mis-sizing, poor quality, late delivery, excessive re-stocking fees and excuses from customer service. The great prices do not outweigh the disappointment. I would rather pay more one time and spare myself the drama.

Clothes came in reasonable amount of time, but look nothing like the pics. Too much hassle to return so they are going to the Salvation Army. I would not recommend shopping from this site. I know I won't ever again.

Even after measuring myself and spending hours trying to pick the correct sizes, the long delivery time really dims my anticipation for the lingerie line and then when received, doesn't fit or the pieces are so fragile, they create holes in the lace upon trying on. The site encourages you to buy many pieces for free shipping, but honestly, it's not worth it.

Address was incomplete,but they sent the parcel anyway.
Then I was given spurious tracking numbers and when finally given a correct tracking number I found it had been delivered to the wrong address but because of the delays the post office tells me it's too late to file a complaint/refund.
Paid through PayPal,but because it's on record as being delivered (wrong address) I have no chance of a refund.
Don't use this company,it's nothing more than a scam.

I placed 2 orders a week apart to take on a trip. It took nearly 2 months to get both orders. I followed up numerous times and kept getting excuses that they're coming from China so be patience. Seriously when they originally promise is 10 days? This company is not well set up to handle delivery timely.

To make it worse the fabrics are cheap polyester. The teddy is old style and not sexy so its a waste of a purchase. No wonder the price is too good to be true.

Unfortunately I have bought 3 sets of clothes. Non of them was as good as I would expected and seen on pictures. Poor quality materials, too long sleeves ( im 170 cm tall) so its surprising. Sleeves are very wide to the point that is hard to even roll them up. Will not purchase anything from website. Im nt going to ask for refund as sending back will be probably so expensive that is not worth it. Will not recommend.

This store has, hands-down, one of the best selections of classy, formal, and party dresses which are reasonably modest. The prices are pretty hard to beat for most of these outfits, especially in comparison to the exact same overpriced outfits sold by many retailers on Instagram. The only complaint I have is the shipping time and the difficulty of tracking packages, but so far, I have received every package Ive ordered. I think Ive found my new dress supplier.

Complete waste of money! Still waiting for for return address 3 weeks after asking to return… Be as well sell items online.
Had to wait 2 months to receive. Small sizing. Cheap quality. Not willing to except returns. Avoid this company. Poor customer service
