I agreed to send a MacBook to this company on 11/1 and I chose to accept $50 less on my offer for 2 day shipping and 24 service. I sent the MacBook on Wednesday 11/1, I got an email on 11/2 and that's it, no update for over 48 hours.

They got back to me via email early Monday and offered me the the original amount for the device. Ultimately, I'd recommend the company but they went a little too long without updating me and that made me nervous since they already had my device and their website had changed my offer to $0.

They offered me 2125 for a MacBook Pro M1 Max. I kept the MacBook in a protective case since I purchased it for almost 5k. When they received the laptop, they took forever to email me saying I could only get 1650 after the inspection. My MacBook was practically new.

Bait and switch. I cannot recommend this company. Low ball amounts.

I sent in my phone which had minimal scratches on it. I rated my phone as good which is for a phone that shows moderate signs of wear with few scratches as per their website. They claimed it had too many scratches and was dented (which it was not) and although I asked for their offer to be reevaluated they came back with photos of a phone that was not my phone. I know because I took pictures of it before sending it in. When I requested a reevaluation, it took 4 requests before anyone got back to me. Think twice before using them.
