The whole process was smooth. I appreciated the detail asked in describing the Apple Watches I sent in. That way I felt assured that when they were received they would find my descriptions accurate, thus their trade-in quote would be accurate.
They grossly overestimate the amount they're willing to pay to reel you in. Then give you a low ball offer. Then when you try to get them to return they put you off for several days. Finally accept the offer and getting them to venmo you takes several more days. Terrible experience
Great experience with ItsWorthMore, paid me what they quoted me in first place. My phone was in really excellent condition used maybe only 2-3 days, and they could figure out everything was good. Paid me in 2-3 business days after receiving he phone
I received several emails informing me that my items had been received, that they were being processing, the amount I would be paid, and then that my Zoom payment was on its way. I really appreciated the frequent emails updating me about the status of my items.
Sent an iPhone 5, an iPhone 6, and an iPhone 7 Plus. The original value for 3 phones was reduced to $205. Phones, based on nonexistent flaws. Asked for my phones to be returned I ended up using a local vendor. I got $300 for the three phones. You cannot rely on their assessment on your phone's condition. To their credit, phones we returned quickly.
They did remove the SIM card from each phone. I was told by D&R Electronix in Riverside, CA who bought the phones that the SIM cards are free from the carrier saving my the trouble of a police report, but it underscores my opinion of this company. AVOID!
My first experience went unbelievably well, surprised it was so easy…. So…. Went back followed the same protocols as before everything went as planned until I sent my phone then the offer disappeared some crap they needed to hold the phone 14 days and then redefine value after getting a quote! Immediately I asked for my phone to be sent back but IWM played games they still made sure it would be over 14 days before o received my phone back packed with about 5 packing peanuts and a flattened piece of popping plastic it was a total 360 then I first experience! I will never give them my business again! I like honest people honest company upfront that didn't happen …. Becareful before you make a choice to send your items to this company
Honest best company to sell your items
I recently upgraded my iPhone 5 to iPhone 8. Searching around, "it's worth more" had the best offer for my old iPhone. I accurately described the type and condition of my iPhone 5, and they quickly sent me the box for the shipment to them. My iPhone was as described, so they agreed to the maximum amount of my offer and I had the check within a week! It was great working with them.
Got an offer for my old phone of $70 and it was $15 higher than others so sent and then the offer was resented and was advised it was adjusted to $25. The phone is in perfect condition with all original parts, perfect visual condition, and operates perfect. Was told parts are not original and buttons are hard to push. The phone had never been repaired or abused and all buttons and software worked perfect. This is a scam!
Will have you send in phone and it gets lost and can never be tracked they will tell you they never received it call FedEx or UPS, but they receive it and never pay you! Scam beware don't trust them! Horrible, stressful experience!
Quoted price online for my laptop of $470. After I mailed the laptop to them they tried ti say there was scratches all over the outside and on the screen which was not true. To be expected they ended up offering me only $115 for my laptop after it was all said and done and after I mailed my item and wiped it of all my data...won't do it again
I got payed significantly less than I was estimated. Though reasoning was given for that it isn't reasoning I agree with. Rather than have to pay shipping twice to have it sent back to me I took a portion of what the item was worth. If given the chance I wouldn't do it again. Your kind of locked in and I'm guessing that is the point.
The Company was very fair in their valuation, efficient in the processing, prompt in making payment and overall very professional. This was the third machine they have purchased from me and the service was exemplary every time.
It was quick and easy. The process once the phone once the phone was received it worked out very well. The amount I received matched the original quote I got on the website. I'm very satisfied if my experience and I would use this company again to sell another device in the future.
Lost some value with super minor scratches. But not that much. And not unexpected. Could have sold on eBay for more. But not much more. You're paying for convenience and hassle free selling. And for that I would recommend.
He worthless company gave an honest description of two Iphon 5C models, all cables and headset included in good condition.
They gave an estimate that I accepted and then shipped the goods.
3 weeks later I get a check in the mail for less than 50% of the agreed price. During the call to customer support, it is claimed I have been informed about the adjustment. Not!
Just demand your phones back, and if you receive only the phones and not the cables and the earphones, just call again and...

I ordered a Google Pixel XL from them. When I got it and started setting it up, Verizon informed me that the phone had been owned by someone who still owned them money so it was on a fraud list and I couldn't use it. So, I returned it and ordered another one. I had the same experience with the second one. They need to learn from Verizon how to background check their products.
At the time of this review it will be the second time I have used their device. Both times I sent the exact same product in the exact same conditions to two different sites. Both times the price has been drastically change due to screen issues. Where as at the other site "Gazzell" they didn't find the same issue.
Both items were packaged the same way. It could be possible the package could have been damaged. But from both times using their service, I feel the give you a very high price only to go and change it drastically later. I feel you're better off going with another service that may give you a lower price but sticks to the offer given than this service where is pretty sure to reduce the offer pretty drastically.
I sent this company my two year old hp omen laptop that was scratched up out of date and laggy as heck i didn't expect to get anything good for it, but I was amazed when I received my quote from them of $450 I didn't even think I'd get $200. Not only did I get a decent quote but the service was quick and the payment was even quicker as soon as they sent me a confirmation that my payment was sent i recieved it in less then 2 hours. So if you plan on selling your old electronics this is definetly the place to do it. Well done Itsworthmore youve made a loyal customer.
They deducted $20 from my the sale of my phone. They said there were scratches. I know for fact that there were no scratches. I accepted the revised deal because I didn't want the hassle. I think this company probably offers more than competitors knowing that when they deduct money for 'scratches', they know people aren't going to want to pay for extra shipping and/or aren't gonna be willing wait another 1-2 weeks to receive the phone back and then find another way to sell it
I solicited offers for two iPhones, The response was immediate and within a few days they sent out a box with prepaid label. The acknowledged when they received the phones and that they were in evaluation. Two days later, I received notice that they were accepted and a check was in process for the amount originally quoted plus.
Answer: No, they send you a check in 7-10 business days. I received my check in about 8 business days.
Answer: They don't send a box to ship your phone in. At least, I had an iPad and they didn't send a box.

Landis,
I’m truly sorry to hear that you’ve had an unpleasant experience and feel that our adjustments are unwarranted.
I was able to take a further look into your trade-in and unfortunately, I can confirm that the Moto Z4 does in fact have screen burn-in. Burn-in is something that often goes unnoticed. This is because when it comes to devices that we use on a daily basis, we’re typically paying closer attention to what it is that we want to see or read, and our mind just cancels out the rest leaving these defects unnoticed. However, because this damage to the OLED screen is irreversible and expensive to repair, it impacts the market value of the device significantly.
I’ve provided an image below of your Moto Z4 so that you could get a better idea of why an adjustment was made.

In addition, I was able to locate the other item you’ve sent to us. This was an offer on October 11th, 2018 and it was a Microsoft Surface Book. I see that the offer was approved in full without any adjustments, though. We’re unsure if perhaps you’ve confused us with one of our competitors and would love to hear from you further regarding this so that I can ensure we haven’t disappointed you each time you chose us.
Warm regards,
Abbas
